Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.

The Premier Inn London Bromley hotel is often celebrated for its inviting atmosphere and is considered a good value by numerous guests, despite some concerns over cleanliness and price hikes. The rooms are generally appreciated for their comfort, although noise and air conditioning issues have been flagged by a few. While the amenities, including the satisfying breakfast, are well-regarded, there are mentions of occasional missing features and inconsistent cleanliness.
Service is typically highlighted as friendly and attentive, but not without sporadic slow responses. The hotel's central location is frequently lauded, though improved signage is suggested.

Detailed Reviews
As a family with young kid's, or even the elderly I wouldn't recommend staying here. The accessibility from the car park/street to the hotel is extremely inconvenient. It's not at the same level.
Not every room has a fridge which I think is terrible, esp for a family with young children, unless you've booked the Premier plus rooms. They don't ever answer the phone, so if there are any issues you need to communicating, no point. If you leave anything behind, it gets thrown away, there's no respect for a guests lost/forgotten property. Super disappointing.
The breakfast was okay. The room service to change sheets/make beds up etc was terrible, they left it for us to do which I thought was very bad as I thought that was standard service for a hotel . Overall the room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep.

An average Premier inn . I always choose premier inn for business or for short weekends breaks as they are usually a decent standard . I’ve stayed in better premier inns than this where the rooms are a bit nicer but had a decent sleep and the room was ok.
They seem understaffed at this hotel .
When we arrived there was a guest complaining her room had not been cleaned and the same three staff were running between reception , the bar and the restaurant!
There seemed to be one cook whose children were waiting in the restaurant as she kept nipping out to see them. There were 12 of us ( in total ) in the restaurant and after a long working day we just wanted to eat and go to bed. Waited 50 minutes to be served food! The restaurant is at best like basic pub food and not great quality and they had run out of some things. Plenty of other places to eat nearby so I’d give it a miss.

On arrival at this Premier Inn the check in lady was very helpful, professional and friendly. The outside area of the hotel is in a nice location and feels very safe. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk to Bromley South Station which was ideal for us as two of our party were travelling into London the next day for West End Live. Reception area is clean and well maintained. We did not eat here so cannot comment on food quality. My only minor issue is that both rooms had stained carpets and the showerheads looked a little grubby but overall bed comfortable and clean which is the main thing. We all liked the hotel, area and location and for the price was excellent value for money. Highly recommend staying here for ease of access to Central London.

Hotel's Favourite
We have stayed a few times at this Premier Inn and have always had a warm welcome and excellent friendly service. It's in a really convenient location. We wanted to travel by train and it is less than 5 minutes walk from Bromley South station but in a quiet clean square. We were visiting family, but there was also a very good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was excellent as usual.

We stayed 5night
at premier Inn. 2night No cleaning service our room even hang " cleaning request" tag on the door. The bin was leave and food smell 2night. bed was same condition since we left. cup also no wash. We complained receptionist, on the day they cleaned all. But next day same issue happen. It's ridiculous if they do not clean if we need room cleaning, we need directly complains to the receptionist !
Also air conditioner was broken can not use , wifi also weak can not use it.

We had a fantastic experience staying one Saturday night with our two grandchildren.
Communication beforehand (by e-mail) was very welcoming, the adjacent car park is tight to manoeuvre but had lots of free spaces and is super value, self check-in was smooth and straightforward.
Our family room - double bed + 2 singles was well equipped and appointed with good quality linen and furnishings.
A real highlight was breakfast, excellent choice, good quality ingredients and a very pleasant dining room.
The breakfast restaurant staff added extra value to our experience by their friendliness, efficiency and attention to detail, particularly Roy.
The hotel is situated in the centre of Bromley and offers contemporary accommodation and value for money.

Everything about our stay was outstanding; price, quality of food and choice at breakfast, adjoining parking at only £5/24 hours, a large comfortable room with all the facilities we needed. The hotel bar and dining areas included sofas and comfortable seating. There was complementary water in reception and additional coffee/tea sachets for your room if needed. The location is fantastic, right in the centre but set back from the road with no fumes or traffic noise. The staff deserve high praise for the wonderful welcome the provide and their outstanding service. They are always there to help, answer questions or provide whatever support you might need and check whether you need any help. I found this to be the case in other Premier hotels and the consistency of service is wonderful and will mean we choose Premier Inns or Premier Hub hotels over others that are in a similar price bracket. The room was large and clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I can’t think of any hotel in a location like this, at a price like this that provides this level of quality, including fresh fruit salad and organic yoghurts, and plant based milk as breakfast choices. I could write an endless list and will definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and a great location. Upgraded to a premier room which was spacious and has some nice extras - especially the chocolates! Car parking was easy and good value too. Breakfast was good, one of our party has coeliac disease and they happily cooked her food fresh to avoid cross contamination.

The hotel is clean, bright and contemporary, as are the spacious and comfortable rooms. Every member of the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly, as well as being extremelyhelpful and efficient.
What a convenient location, with a 1–10-minute walk to restaurants, bars, shopping mall, outdoor shopping, movie theatres, the Churchill Theatre and more. Central London is only a 16-minute train ride with the station being practically across the street.
We would return to the Bromley Premier Inn in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in vibrant Bromley, or is looking for a lovely, very convenient and reasonably priced location close to central London.

Our key cards locked us out of our room 6 times out of the 8 nights we stayed here. My boyfriend's name was deleted from the booking (so we were told) so, the reception attended would not recode his key card when I wasn't with him (she eventually did but it took a half hour of trying to convince her; I was asleep). Housekeeping only cleans the rooms when requested by guest before noon and when they actually have one to do it. Wifi is terrible. No washcloths provided. Very noisy, both from the slamming of doors and the construction site our room faced. Very budget hotel.
On the other hand, the bed is comfortable and the water is hot. It's very walkable to shops, restaurants and the train station.
