Comfortable bed and pillows and water and squash as well as teas and coffees in the room along with some lovely dressing gowns. Roy was an excellent host and...

Host Roy turns this great place to stay into an excellent experience. Nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast is lovely, with top quality ingredients cooked in a healthy way. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

I stayed here for 4 nights and found it extremely comfortable. Roy is a very friendly and accommodating host. You really couldn't ask for more. A lot of previous reviews have commented about the pillows, they are great. I must find out what brand they are.

Totally recommend this B&B, Roy is the perfect host. Our apartment was fresh, clean, beautifully fitted and spacious with a large modern en-suite and the most comfortable bed and pillows we've ever slept in. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were a lovely touch in the room as was the fruit juices and chilled water. The breakfast room looks out...

Spacious double room with en suite shower room. Private entrance with easy access to main house for breakfast. The bed is perhaps the most comfy we have slept in for a while, and...

The guesthouse is spotless, the rooms very comfortable and the beds guarantee a great night’s sleep and as another reviewer mentioned the pillows as the best ever. Roy will do a full cooked breakfast if...

Arrived on Bank Holiday Monday, Easter weekend by the owner. Prior to arrival the communications from Clay House was excellent. Clearly stated what I'd booked and a note about arrival times. Furthermore, received a couple of additional messages to let me know what we could leave at home like hairdryer etc. A nice and considerate touch, one that many other...
