I have, over the years , visited KCC many times and seen it from a purely "work" point of view, in that I have played music there for many events. It has never failed to rate less than 5 stars in my book, the sound being very good in the stone barn, and the staff are always extremely helpful and...

It was a great pleasure for us to have you both play and unusually stay with us last weekend ! We greatly appreciate your feedback and take it as an added compliment coming from an individual who spends most weekends attending weddings in a work capacity and is the most popular music legend in the Purbecks. We hope that you...

My partner and I attended a family wedding here in April. The family took over the whole venue and it was a fantastic weekend. Taking over an entire venue that offered so many facilities was really special. From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and efficient. The surrounding countryside added to the sense of escape. The room...

Thank you for your positive feedback of your experience of a wedding at our venue and I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. The issue you have raised about our steps from the lower to top courtyard is a valid one. The steps are well light at night and are quite shallow but a hand rail would definitely make...

I have stayed here a couple of times and this is a wonderful place to stay. Unfortunately my trips down were just for the one night, but this is a clean and cosy place to stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is just superb. Highly recommend this as a great place to stop over to...

I chose this venue for my wedding reception as I love the location and the feel of the place. Bobbie was fantastic at helping us to plan our wedding and always ready to answer all our question now matter how big or small. On the day everything went perfectly, I couldn't have wished for more. The staff were all so...

The welcome at this place wa so good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast - full English - was huge and well prepared and cooked while we waited. Plenty of alternatives available, and no checking on how much we ate! The wedding venue withing the place was well laid...

My wife and I attended a surprise party held in the barn. The venue was very good with a 'noisy' room for dancing and the like and a break out area in the bar where us 'oldies' could catch up with friends not seen for years. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Another superb stay and a great weekend...

Thank you for your review. We like to offer the venue out of season for events other than weddings and can offer discounts according to personal requirements. I am glad that we managed to keep the surprise element despite the majority of guests being local ! Best Wishes Bobbie

For this visit I was walking the SW coast path with my dog and needed somewhere to lay my head down between 2 days of long walking. Thank you for your positive review, it's great to know you had such a comfortable stay in The Dairy Double which is also a dog friendly room. All our breakfasts are fresh cooked to order using as much local produce as possible so also very pleased to know you both enjoyed our sausages! Please come again!

Don't be put off by first impressions. The rooms are set around two courtyards, having been converted from farm buildings, and do look a little grim especially in winter. The rooms however are a very pleasant surprise - spacious and spotless with everything you could need including a sofa. We weren't keen on the rather cold wet room where the...

Kingston Country Courtyard has been established for many years now, having started in one bedroom of the busy farmer’s Purbeck stone farmhouse. Subsequent years have seen the incorporation of the buildings into what you see today. As well as traditional farmhouse accommodation, Kingston Country Courtyard offers a variety of apartments and suites in tastefully converted Purbeck stone. Furnished to a very high standard and offering the comforts of modern living, they retain much of their original character and charm.
