Been going out for past 5 year for Christmas lunch to different places. This is the worst one so far and the most expensive. The food was very average. Turkey dry and tasteless. Felt like I was been served supermarket Turkey roll. No atmosphere did not feel looked after at all. Cup of tea with tea bag on side felt...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Tripadvisor. I am very disappointed with your feedback as I myself was on duty and the atmosphere was wonderful. We received fabulous compliments throughout the day. However, please accept my sincere apologies for not living up to your personal expectations. Kind regards Sandra Devlin

What a lovely place to stay. This was my first overnight stay with my 4 month old baby the staff were so helpful they had a cot bed ready in our room for our arrival and they had prepared the room (closed the curtains and supplied an extra heater to make sure the room was warm enough for my little...

Quite disappointed by this hotel. We booked a deluxe room so could have the fold out bed for our daughter at a cost of £160 a night room only. The room was reasonable but he bathroom wasn't good. The bath leaked water so you had to keep topping up if sat in the bath. The shower head was terrible with...

What a lovely experience. One of the few hotels we have stayed in where everything went well. We were met by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who gave good advice for getting to Beamish museum (go the long way round, the short route is a very narrow quite dangerous country road). When we returned to the hotel, our room...

My husband and I went to the beamish park hotel today for afternoon tea. It was really lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Christmas decorations made the place look very inviting on a dull afternoon. The tea was very nice indeed. I'd definately recommend and would revisit.

Can bedifficult to find but once there you are in for a treat. Lovely setting, friendly staff and plenty of nearby attractions to visit. Make sure to have the breakfast, you won't need to eat for the rest of the day.

Although I've never stayed overnight in the hotel I've visited the restaurant several times for the steak night they hold on a Friday evening which offers fantastic food at a great price however I do believe it's now changed to fish and chip Friday. Must say however the prices are a little expensive ordinarily so I wouldn't visit otherwise however...

From the warm welcome at reception to checking out we found this hotel to be one of the best we have ever stayed in. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was first class and the hotel clean, tidy and warm. We will definitely return.
