Plus: Clean rooms, AC perfect and quiet operation, safe parking without reservation, food and drink supply very close (supermarket and restaurant), Cleaning staff very friendly, Wifi ok. Minus: Can be noisy at weekends or events from opposite huge restaurant, hot shower, although installed, definately switched off (checked 5 rooms), breakfast not included, available in restaurant at 230 C$.

The price is fair the rooms are clean, the ac works great, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable...the restaurant food is really good. This place would get a five star from me if they had better beds... However its not bad bang for the buck ..
