Detailed Reviews
We have visited a total of 11 campsites all over the Algarve and beyond. Most of them have greeted us in a friendly manner or in at least a civil manner. Not here. The female receptionist was almost hostile. While other native Portuguese speakers were greeted like old friends. Strange. Otherwise a good, very clean site although too small for modern motorhomes. Too many wild cats allowed to roam around. Cannot recommend.

Clean park, warm and clean waters in the pool, toilets clean, hot water in the shower. I can’t give max classification due to the abandoned or semi abandoned cats and dogs that are allowed to walk free in all park

Clean shower rooms and friendly reception staff. We felt safe and enjoyed camping at this campsite. We went during spring so unfortunately the restaurant was closed and the pool wasn't open. We'd definitely camp here again.

The parque does not felt safe when my natural remedies disappeared from the table while I was asking for a spoon inside de restaurant. The parque does not have security service to address these situations. The administration treated this situation light justifying is not their responsability, being rude and insensitive to the situation, not cooperative at all.
This is definitely not a customer oriented parque!

Me and my husband stayed for 2 nights, and it was ok. Not expensive, and we had the car inside next to out tent. We were allowed to choose a spot, but no problem at all in occupying more space then what we were supposed to. The toilet was clean, hot water all the time. Very nice for however is just spending a couple of nights in this city. The staff even let us check out after time.

The only good thing that I have to say about this park is that it has lots of trees that provide shadow. As for all the rest I have nothing good to say. The bathrooms were always smelly and dirty, the space that anyone gets is way too small and so we are on top of other people, one of the workers was rude and not helpfull at all, the price is way too high for what we got. We payed 63€ for 4 people to stay 2 nights (and the car was also payed). What impressed me the most was the price of having the car inside the park: we payed 5€ each day just for that. And you have to admit that is has no costs for the park to have the cars parked inside, because we even had to put it inside the marked square that we got for the tents... So yeah, for them it is just pure profit

When we first got there we could park the car inside to make the check-in, we waited for half an hour if not more at the reception desk. Where we then were shown to our spot, which means you can't choose your own spot. It was poorly located, very closed to the others spots and way to small to fit the car and the tent. In the bathroom, we had hot water but the showers were very small and in the relation to the amount of people in the park, very few. The park is very closed to city centre, so that's nice

The park is very well situated, close to the village.
The sanitary facilities are good, as is their cleanliness.
The cafe/restaurant staff are very friendly and professional.
The gentlemen at the reception are all very polite.
The most negative part of this park are the stray cats that roam the park outside. Not only does this bother campers by jumping on the dining tables, but also by roaming around the tents at night and disturbing their rest. The feces are spread throughout the park and the smell of urine becomes uncomfortable as well as disgusting.
There are those who feed animals, which should not be allowed.
