We decided to visit the island of Burano from home base Venice. This little island is very beautiful, all the buildings painted in bright colors. We decided to eat here. We noted they cater to large tourist groups, and figured it would be so-so. We were wrong. The food and service were excellent! We may not have been in the...

Came here together with a tour group. Delicious food, had the BEST seafood risotto i have ever eaten here! Very impressed by the number of plates the wait staff were able to collect with their arms! Slightly crowded but it was cozy.

We were visiting Burano and decided to have lunch. It was very hot and we saw this restaurant which looked nice to eat outside but the weather was unpleasant so we decided to go inside to have a break from the heat. They offer many dishes from pasta to fish... We had grilled fish... Actually I did't expect too much...

We stopped over for lunch at this place being less crowded on the ever so crowded Burano Island. Fortunately we found gluten free Pasta option at this place and the food was reasonable for a place like Burano.

Located on the main walkway through Burano this pretty little restaurant has indoor and outdoor eating areas. Sit outside and watch the tourists and towns people walking by. Food was ok and a reasonable price. Take the ferry across to Burano for an annoy able day out.

After walking around Burano for awhile we decided to have lunch here. Great choice. I am a foodie and it is so hard some times to decide what to have with so many choices. We sat next to another couple and I noticed that he was having Oli olio. I asked the "manager" if I could order a 1/2 portion...

When visiting Venice go out to the Island of Burano and visit this restaurant. This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. With wine on the table, we were served firstly a piece of fish, then a seafood rice risotto and next a salad to be followed by fried shrimp and calamari. A dessert followed, tea and coffee...

Traveled Europe some time back and happened to take a water taxi from Venice to the Island of Burano where we dined at Al Raspo de Ua. An absolutely wonderful experience. Great seafood dishes, one a house specialty as an appetizer still brings back the flavour filled dish and wanting more of it. Highly recommend going to the island to...

We completed enjoyed our stay in this simple but charming small inn. Away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, but close enough for day trips. Lovely and colorful island, friendly people. This place had comfortable accommodations, not grand but clean and well appointed. No TV, phone, internet etc . Nice bed. Friendly staff and excellent fresh fish in the...

When visiting Venice, on your way to Torcello, make a half day trip to the island of Burano, and stop for lunch at A Raspo de Ua. They cook the freshest and most authentic seafood you can wish for. On top of the printed menu, be bold and ask for "what there is today", the daily chef's choice of fresh...
