We have just returned from yet another excellent few days staying at Sissinghurst Castle Farmhouse. Sue and her staff simply cannot do enough for you. Ruby her black Labrador is a delight and gives the farmhouse even more of a homely feel. We were greeted with warmth and delicious lemon drizzle cake and stem ginger cake served in the drawing...

My husband and I spent two night at the Farmhouse while visiting Sissinghurst Gardens. It was the best place we stayed in out three week vacation. The house is beautiful and very comfortable with the most amazing views across Kent. You can walk to the Gardens right next door and can visit before and after hours in the outside areas...

We stayed at the B&B for 4 nights as part of my 50th birthday celebrations. Sue was very welcoming and led us to our room, which was enormous ('Sissinghurst') and overlooked the castle tower. The bathroom was rather short on shelving but Sue explained that it was due to restrictions encountered during the conversion of the listed building into a...

The farmhouse is a beautiful building tastefully decorated, a little bit posh country house in a relaxed sort of way. Sue was attentive but not intrusive. We were welcomed with tea and really good home made cake. I wasn't sure if I had packed a torch (I had) & we were walking into the village to eat, Sue invited us...

This is a lovely house, located within sight of Sissinghurst gardens, and so perfect if you intend to visit. We were welcomed by Sue, and their dog Ruby, with tea in the garden. The delicious breakfast sustained us for a day in the stunning National Trust gardens, followed by a walk to the village in the evening. The accommodation and...

My mother and I spent two very enjoyable nights at this B&B in mid July. The twin room we had was just fine - beds were very comfy and bathroom was certainly better than many I have experienced in hotels all over the world (including North America!) I wondered about a previous guest's comment about room size as this is...

Everyone agrees that Sue, the proprietress of this place, is the best hostess you will find. She knocks herself to help you. She even has a nice cute dog named Ruby who greets you. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are nice and comfortable. The location is superb for touring of Kent, and especially if you want to spend...
