We stay at this hotel for a week and having a great time, and I may say this hotel is not brand new, but clean with nice ambiance. The furniture is not modern, but I like the retro classic style. Buffet breakfast is available, and tasty but need improvement on variety of menu but overall was good. The staff from...

January is quiet in Senggigi. I was upgraded to a larger room, which was nice. The rooms are divided into small complexes within the beautiful gardens, so there was a feeling of privacy, also the rooms are set back about 150m from the beach. Santosa will continue to get negative comments about room furniture until it is all updated, but...

The Santosa is in a lovely spot on the coast of Senggigi. A nice spread out hotel with a nice restaurant with excellent staff. The pool is HUGE and is the biggest pool in the Senggigi area. Plenty of shade around to, so you can relax on a deck chair and not be cooked red like a lobster. There is...

From the outside and lobby , I thought it was a modern or at least refurbish hotel But the rooms are so outdated, the carpet have bad odor. Still old TV (no flat TV) Not worth with the rates The dinner are delicious. The staff in the restaurant is so friendly and recommend us the special drink (lemongrass lemon honey)...

I was on business trip and staying for 2 nights. The property is quite outdated, lack of lighting, and smell bad, like the old wood. The building where I stayed was under renovation. So, it was so quiet and bit spooky. The F&B were so-so, nothing special in flavor. But the compliment also went to them because they were pairing...

Avoid this hotel if you are western style tourist, unless you feel like using the pool fully dressed or having breakfast among all smokers. The main clientele of this hotel has different manners to European values. It is OK for Asian business purposes, but not for European tourists. The hotel is a bit outdated. The staff offer poor service fighting...
