Our family had a wonderful couple of days here. Such a lovely, peaceful and understated hotel- which was a pleasant surprise given its proximity to the road. The hosts were really welcoming and relaxed, adding to the calmness of the place. The food was great, a vegetarian in the family is not always easy to accommodate so it was a...

I went a couple of times, sometimes as a romantic escape and once with my family. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are big and tastefully decorated, the home cooked food is good, the house is a marvel, the surrounding nature and countryside is stunning. Excellent for long hikes and bike rides. I wish I could go...

We stayed in this hotel for one week, and we we're super-enthousiastic about it. The house is a briljant modernist house from the 1920's, with as much Original elements kept as possible. Our room, the family suite, was not as big as expected, but came with 2 seperate rooms, 2 televsions, a fully-equiped bathroom and a not so big two-person...

Ideally located if you plan to walk or cycle the old railway line from Olot to St Felieux 'the Vias Verde' The hotel is certainly a step back in time and has been kept or restored in that age being very dark inside, felt it would be a good place to make a period drama or even a spooky film!...

This is a lovely hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The owners are charming and make your stay very comfortable. Very helpful and arranged bikes to rent for us and our 2 kids. You can ride out of their garden (with huge trampoline for kids) and straight on to the Via Verdes which is some 150 km of bike track. Paradise...

Hard to find modernist family house now used as boutique hotel. Privacy, quietness, great service and food, with the personal touch of Sophie and Lluis....A great location too. Great venue for private celebrations too

The dinners and breakfast in the garden overlooking the mountains and listening to the village sound is just fantastic. At first the location close to the main road through the village seems not perfect, but it does not matter at all. Perfect starting point for biking along the old railway.

My partner and myself spent five nights in mid September. We found it to be a very memorable experience. We had a very elegant bedroom decorated with old modernist-style furniture and a balcony onto the garden. Breakfast in the garden was a pleasure in the lovely surroundings, we even had dinner there one night, illuminated by Sophie's special lighting! The...

Despite arriving late in the evening, Sophie welcomed us and reassured us that we could still get some food. Just as well as there are few evening eating options in the village. We stayed 6 nights and Lluis provided something different each night. Mostly Catalan specialities such as meatballs with peas and squid; stuffed (fried) potato; sliced pork with mustard...

We stayed overnight whilst cycling the greenway to Girona. The Hotel is only a minute ride off the cycle tack and is situated on the main road through the village.
