I booked the highest option room available and my experience was worst. The rooms and bathroom are dirty, clogged pipes and minimal water flow. Dirty bathroom. Large facility built but very bad maintenance it can better be listed as one night stay rooms for under Rs 500 but not 1500-2000 a night. VERY bad and expensive onsite restaurant. Oh the engineer had invented an ingenious way for lift; you have to climb/go down a half a flight of stairs before you can reach the elevator from ground floor. So if you are a senior citizen like me with knee problems then good luck.

A modest but rundown place in the heart of town. Location is convenient, close to the bus station and railway station and places of interest. The hotel has inhouse veg and non veg restaurants and the food options are quite good. The rooms are spacious but is a bit worn out and aged, and hence the tariff charged is a tad bit much for the facilities on offer. Breakfast could have been included in the room tariff. Decent place to stay for a good nights sleep and to do temple hopping in the day. Ample parking available on premises.

Value for money category. Look & Feel is old. But Economical for a short stay when compared to others. Card Swipe machines were not working most of the times. We are forced to pay in cash. Ample parking space. Overall its good, with certain limitations. can recommend for others. People at reception should be little more amicable / courteous when guests insist for swiping machines.

Pathetic service. I stayed in room 223, could not sleep because of mosquitoes. No response from staff. Bad customer service. Mosquito net was not fitted properly. No coil given till 2 am, spoiled entire night by such inefficient staff of this hotel. Behaviour of staff also was not good. I contacted manager, he was justifying all the time.

Based on review I finalized the hotel. I booked Air conditioned room. The AC didn't work properly. To switch on A.C, the hotel guy has to use tools. Full night the room didn't get cool. The staff was rude when we asked extra pillow for children. Also booked non-AC room but it had mosquito. They gave us complimentary mineral waters but it seems to be tap water which I come to know after raising complaint
