My husband and I had a 5-day vacation in Stelia. Very impressed with the service here, from the way the receptionist/resort staff greeted and talked to the food and rooms. - The staff is extremely gentle, friendly, and cares about the guest experience - I live in a 85m2 room, so it's spacious, private, and clean - Breakfast or lunch/dinner food at 2 restaurants Aroma & Gozo is delicious, reasonably priced even though it is a restaurant in the resort - The resort campus is green, clean, and beautifully arranged - The only suggestion: should arrange a dressing table with a mirror in the room :d

I had such an amazing stay at this beautiful Greek themed resort last week . Just one hour domestic flight away from Ho Chi Minh city, it was lovely to get away from the busy and chaotic scene of that city and come to rest in such tranquility . Mr Minh, the front desk manager was personally on hand to welcome me to the resort with a nice welcoming drink and offered fantastic service throughout my 6 days stay . Mr Minh also took time to show me the different types of villas on the hotel grounds and I was bowled over by the Presidential villa which came complete with its own wine cellar and fully equipped kitchen with Le Creuset and SMEG appliances . Every villa is beautiful ,spacious and had all the amenities required. This includes bathtubs which one is able to soak the moments away . I was also able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the nice view and read a book . The Terra coffeehouse has a lovely koi pond in the centre and offers a good choice of delicious Vietnamese fare. Do try the fish soup , beef pho , beef stew, fried noodles and iced vietnamese coffee . I had one of the best massages by masseur Ms Tienh at the spa. The relaxing time at the spa included jacuzzi, steam room and sauna too . There are bicycles onsite which you can rent and explore the surroundings outside the hotel . One can also take nice walks outside along the promenade by the beach and there is a nice park and monument just across from the resort . The beach is accessible just a walk across from the resort. Due to the World Cup season now , the hotel set up screens projecting the live matches at the Gozo Bar . Movie nights are also organized in the gardens . There is really something for everyone here and it caters to honeymooners, families , couples , children . Such a lovely resort set amongst all the pine trees and manicured landscaping . If you want something away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and chaotic traffic , do come to the Stelia Beach Resort . I wish to come again and wish the GM Michael Melzer and his team all the best !

Not as noisy and crowded as Da Nang or Nha Trang, Tuy Hoa has the gentle beauty of a village girl. Perhaps that is why few tourists - both domestic and foreign - choose to come to this place.
Her beauty is further enhanced by Stelia Beach Resort. The gorgeous resort with lots of green and trees gives visitors a truly relaxing feeling. The attentive staff helps make your stay even better. Stelia is very suitable for your vacation and that of your family with many facilities such as infinity pools, good gym, spa room, children's playground. Breakfast is excellent with a variety of delicious dishes.
The resort does not have a private beach, but it does not really matter to us as we just cross the street to enjoy the sea together with local friendly people !
Tuy Hoa city is small, so it is very convenient for you to go around. You can take a taxi or rent a motorbike at a very reasonable price (but make sure to drive safe) to visit several local attractions. There are also many delicious restaurants for you to experience.
Take your time to visit this place, and I'm sure you'll love it !

I would use the word excellent here 😊 🏝️Staff: 10 points no buts. Last year I went once, and found the service to be very good, but I don't know if it was because it was empty that time, so it was just that enthusiastic towards customers. But this time, even though it was crowded, the enthusiasm was still the same. The staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic The most enthusiastic of any resort I've ever been to. But I feel like they are extremely loving, not just asking random questions like other resorts. Everyone here works with all their heart so it feels very different. A 6-star resort can't bring the same feeling as here😆
🏝️Room: Room was very large, comfortable and clean. Soundproofing is quite good. There is a very big toilet and bathtub here Air conditioner cools quickly The only problem is that when entering the villa, there is a slight damp smell. If this could be fixed, it would be excellent
🏝️ Services: If there are no guests, the hotel will prepare separate meals for each person. Still fully stocked from trays of all kinds of cakes to 4-5 savory dishes and trays of yogurt and fruit for each person. If there are many guests, there is a buffet with many dishes. The restaurant staff are also very enthusiastic
In addition, there is a swimming pool overlooking Nghinh Phong tower. Extreme view Electric cars can be delivered right away without having to wait long

Every experience here has surprised me with its perfection. A very quiet space, the scene is like a painting, adorned with bougainvillea flowers, a typical feature of Phu Yen. You will definitely have many beautiful photos on the resort grounds. The food here is very delicious and the cost is very reasonable compared to many other places in Vietnam. What I appreciate most is the dedicated service attitude of every employee, regardless of whether they are managers or waiters. I believe that the resort is being directly managed by leaders who are very thoughtful and always ask for advice, caring for customers with sincerity. I am very satisfied with the experience and have had great memories with my family while here.
Every experience here has truly surprised me with its perfection. The tranquil ambiance and picturesque scenery, adorned with paper flowers, a distinct feature of Phu Yen, create a setting where you're sure to capture many beautiful photos within the resort's grounds.
The food here is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable compared to many other places in Vietnam. What I value the most is the attentive service provided by all the staff, be it the management or the waitstaff. I believe the resort is being directly managed by leaders who are truly caring and concerned about their customers.
I am extremely satisfied with the experience and have created wonderful memories with my family during our stay here.

Soft pillows, nice room, very large bathroom with two places to wash, brush teeth and put on makeup in the morning. The ceiling has a unique, modern design and good equipment to keep it cool all day even though the weather in Phu Yen is very hot outside. The buffet food is very delicious, diverse, and offers dishes every day. I don't rate the spa service highly. Due to the holidays, the staff is quite busy and unfriendly and not enthusiastic about guests' suggestions (spa only). Overall, I find the hotel professional, nice and friendly

We overall enjoyed our stay at Stelia Beach Resort. We had a warm welcome and the 3 bedroom villa was spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable, well stocked with water, tea, and welcome sweets. We slept very well and enjoyed the excellent and extensive breakfast buffet. The weather wasn’t great, so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach facilities, unfortunately. The resort included free extras with our stay, including a transfer to/from the airport and a free 30 minute massage at the Aura Spa. This would have been a 5* review except for our spa experience. We had confirmed our booking times in writing in advance (twice!), but when we cut our breakfast short to come to the spa on time, they did not have staff ready for us and tried to change the terms of our booking to a much later time. The senior supervisor, Tran Quoc Cuong, was to his credit, very concerned about this service lapse and did his best to escalate the situation and make up for this issue with longer complimentary massages. The massages were generally excellent (except for one, in which the masseuse was angry to be there and on her phone the whole time during my daughter’s massage - this masseuse, Nguyen Thi Cuc, should never be allowed to interact with any resort clients ever again, as she was highly unprofessional and her behavior made my daughter cry). Overall, would stay here again thanks to the overall quality of the resort and Mr. Tran’s quick response to the service lapses. Make sure to confirm any spa bookings multiple times, in writing and by phone.

The staff are dedicated and attentive. It's true that we serve you wholeheartedly. Regarding the rooms, they are very nice and airy, the TV has fully updated applications, but the water pipes in the WC & bathroom are a bit inconvenient. Perhaps there have been few users for a long time, so the pipes have problems causing water to leak. It doesn't flow continuously when I use it. And because the handheld showerhead's stand setup is not adjustable, if you open the water valve a little too much, the water will spray straight into the door glass and spill out. Otherwise, the service is very good.

The Stelia Resort is a great resort that stands out with its design, tranquility, great staff and a feeling of luxury.
We had a 2-bedroom villa for four people including breakfast. It was very spacious and each bedroom had its own large bathroom and terrace.
Location: It is right next to one of the most striking sights in Phu Yen, the Nghinh Phong Cape. And has an area on the beach that can be reached across the road. The place itself is not that crowded, so everything is quite relaxed there.
It is generally a bit quieter there and more for those who long for peace and relaxation.
Beach: Fine sandy beach with a few hotel loungers.
Pool: The resort has two pool areas, each with an infinity pool. Drinks and food are available at the respective pool bars.
Staff: English-speaking, very helpful and friendly. You feel comfortable there and the managers there always ask for feedback and the well-being of the guests.
Spa: The spa is a real highlight. We were there for 2-3 massage treatments. The service is excellent and the massage is soothing and relaxing. Tensions are skillfully relieved.
Breakfast: The buffet was beautifully presented and there was something for everyone. From fresh Pho soup, omelettes, pastries, European breakfast items and fresh local fruit, there is everything. Very good in terms of taste and quality.
It was definitely a wonderful stay at the Stelia Resort and we will definitely come back.

Last Tet holiday, I chose Stelia Beach Resort in Phu Yen to relax with my family. I learned about Stelia through my friend's introduction. Staying here is very comfortable, the room design is very luxurious, the scenery is very beautiful and there are many trees. The resort has a very chill pool view overlooking Nghinh Phong tower. The food and drinks are delicious, the enthusiastic staff takes care of guests very thoughtfully and enthusiastically. If I have the chance, I will return to Stelia.
