Silver seahorse Garden Retreat is a newly built accommodation, situated a 5-minute walk from Praia da Consolacao. Our accommodation has more than 2000 m2 of garden surrounded by trees, perfect place to relax, rest and be in contact with nature. All our rooms have a private bathroom, wardrobe, hair dryer, heated floor for cooler seasons. We have also an exterior pool and jacuzzi.

Beautiful gem
I have stayed for 3 night with friends and I absolutely love this place! Grace is the most wonderful , kind and generous host when nothing is a problem. She came to pick us up from the airport and brought us to her beautiful, peaceful and so quiet hotel. Breakfast was delicious, bedrooms just so quiet that I slept the best of any hotels I have ever stayed! You can just chill by the pool ( yes we had 21 degrees ) and or sip local wine in the cosy living room. I would highly recommend this stunningly amazing gem of a hotel to anyone and I can’t wait to be back very soon!!!! May be next week? Thank you Grace and everyone in the hotel for making our stay so special xx

Brilliant holiday!
Went alone but with organised group. Lynn, Grace and staff have a fabulous hotel and the best service ever. Nothing was too much and made us very welcome. Food was beautiful and plenty! Rooms clean and comfortable. Surrounding area was paradise - clean sandy beaches and lovely restaurants. Would definitely return!

We had our wedding day at the silver seahorse, wow it exceeded our expectations and beyond our wildest dreams. We can not thank enough Grace, Lynn, Valter, Marah, Sandra, Fatimar and the rest of the team for all there hard work, we had friends and family come from England France and America, and everyone expressed what a beautiful place and how wonderful and relaxing the silver seahorse is, I think it’s safe to say everyone had a fabulous time and couldn’t thank the team enough, couldn’t recommend this place more highly, a massive thank you to all the team , looking forward to our return next year 😘 love Vicky and Alyson xxx

5 star hotel and service
Wow! This small friendly family run hotel has been done to the highest standard. It’s just beautiful. They have thought of everything. The rooms were so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing, so much choice. This was my first visit to Peniche and I enjoyed it so much I’ll be back. We had a superb time. Thank you all at the Silver Seahorse for making us feel so welcome.

Beautiful Hotel
What a beautiful place to stay in. Amazing experience from the start, staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was stunning 5 stars from me. Everything was immaculate. The pool and gardens were so lovely. Breakfast included was a feast, so much choice.Short walk to an amazing beach. Can't wait to go back!!
