Stayed for two nights as I was working in the area and I was pleasantly surprised by the the welcome and the quality of the room and the en-suite, it was very clean and comfortable and quiet, I slept the whole night which is unusual for me when staying away, then in the morning the served with a beautifully cooked... Where to start! This place is just excellent. Such welcoming owners, amazing food, beautiful location, spacious rooms, great communication. What more could you want! The transport links are fantastic with the local train station being a few minutes away, there is parking at the b&b, a local pub to grab a drink, stunning grounds to walk around/sit in, and Winnie... Just stayed for five nights. Didn't know what to expect but the reviews here are great so that was reassuring. Turned out to be a beautiful place. Charming old farmhouse in a cute hamlet. The rooms are big and comfortable, pleasant decor, and have everything you'd expect. En suite bathroom was enormous. Winnie and her husband were very welcoming. Great... More

WInnie made us feel very welcome and we particularly loved the fact that we could have 2 adjoining rooms so the children had their own room and bathroom, but were linked. The breakfasts were great, the rooms lovely and WInnie and family were fantastic. The location is great and we'll be going back!

We booked three rooms at this B+B for our guests at a local wedding. We didn't actually stay there ourselves but we did visit our guests and had breakfast there. Our guests were all delighted with the B+B. On our arrival, we were greeted by Winnie, our excellent host(ess). Before we even knew it, she had prepared tea and biscuits... More

This was our first stay at Warrens Farm with Winnie and it won't be our last! Such a warm friendly welcome. Our room was very very comfortable and with the complete darkness outside and absolute silence of the village at night it was the 2 best nights sleep either of us had ever had. We had come along for a... More

Good sized comfortable room and bathroom, and a warm welcome. Winnie gave us tea and scones on arrival and cooked a delicious evening meal. Well worth the detour off the Two Moors Way (we linked back via the Devonshire Heartlands Way, which wasn't well signed, but Winnie would have provided transfers if asked).

Winnie is amazing and from the moment we arrived, it felt like we had known her for years. She is so warm and welcoming and could not do enough for us. Warren Farm is home from home, you won't be disappointed! Look forward to staying again in the winter.

It was actually my second stay at Warren Farm and I stayed in the same room that I had used the first time. As I enter the room, to the right is the bedroom and to the left is a spacious bathroom with shower. The bedroom had a double bed and usual items of furniture, television and kettle. Both bedroom... I had an amazing time staying at Warren Farm thanks to Winnie! Not only was it beautifully presented and kept, but the service and quality of food was outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed Winnie's home cooked meals, which were beyond delicious, especially the chocolate mousse desert. I was overwhelmed with excitement when I saw my room, for it was truly lovely....
