Travellers' Choice
Country Resort Guadalupe is a Rural Resort in the heart of Tuscany, between Grosseto and Castiglione della Pescaia, composed of 16 small and large houses with loggias or terraces, all furnished with a "new style" that traces the Tuscan tradition.that traces the Tuscan tradition. Angelica and Beatrice, owners of the Resort, are passionate about the idea of turning an old farm house with outbuildings purchased in 1958 by their grandfather in an exclusive location, where the feeling of peace and serenity will accompany you throughout the time of your stay. The restructuring was followed at all stages, from the first brick to the small detail of furniture, researching rustic furniture and recreating a past atmosphere through the choice of hot lime colors. The premise meets all the requirements for energy efficiency, as built with the new criteria for insulation, provided with wooden insulated and ventilated roof, solar panels for hot water from the sun, the use of lime in color to make walls breathing and silent and energy saving air conditioning systems. The farm Guadalupe is an organic farm since 2012 and produces extra virgin DOP olive oil.

This is an absolutely stunning venue for a Tuscan wedding. Gemma (my daughter) and Cathal chose this beautiful place and Tiziana (their in-house wedding planner) helped them create a truly magical 3 day wedding! It started on the Thursday night with a Pizza Party - held indoors as the weather forecast had not been good. The large and airy barn where the party was held was decorated in a rustic style, the food was bountiful and tasty and the drink was free flowing. Tiziana and her team could not have been more helpful in getting everything ready for the wedding - including supporting us in presenting the extra touches that we had brought over from the UK. The team set the scene - in the area next to the olive grove for the ceremony. We sat on hay bales and watched as they took their vows underneath a decorated arbour. We moved to another adjacent area for Canapés and drinks - and were all wowed with the amount and variety of food that they brought out. After a while we were asked to move into the formal sit down area, which consisted of 3 long tables in the olive grove. The trees were decorated with beautiful lights and the tables were adorned with beautiful flowers and lights... It really was magical. We partied until 3am ... it was truly amazing. The band that G&C chose were wonderful too - they were called The Bit Band - and had 2 incredibly talented singers - a disco followed - again great dance music. On the 3rd day we had a pasta party, around the pool ... a wonderful finish to an incredible Wedding. Our rooms were all really comfortable. Breakfasts are something else too - we even had fresh honeycomb available - for those who were brave! We ate from the lunch menu whilst there too - again good food, well cooked and beautifully presented. We could not have been more pleased with how the wedding turned out. Thank you Tiziana and Beatrice - you have helped us to make so many happy memories.

This Place is Incredible, we went there for my daughter’s wedding and it was three days of the most amazing food, and a truly incredible wedding! The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and willing to please us all. The food was very delicious, the three day festivities were unbelievable. All of us were in awe of how beautiful the place was. We were lucky that the sunflowers were in bloom, it was really something to see. The view from my room was breathtaking The rooms were neat and tidy. The Guadalupe met all of my daughter and son in laws expectations! This was something you only get to experience once in a lifetime and we are so lucky to have been a part of this magical place! I give it 10 stars!

This resort was the full package!! We stayed here for my best friend's wedding and it absolutely blew our expectations away. We stayed for a total of 4 nights (3 for the wedding and an additional day for a Tuscan wine tour) and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly, thoughtful, and so detail oriented. The villas were beautiful and perfect for couples, friends, or full families. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the perfect mix of an authentic Italian feel mixed with a luxurious vacation feel. The pool was the perfect way to relax during the hot days and the pool bar was fully stocked with favorite local wines that were delicious. The food.. oh the food! We got to experience pasta, allllll the italian meats, cheeses, Italian BBQ, true brick oven pizza, and some of the most amazing appetizers I've ever tasted! The restaurant had a full menu that was diverse and delicious as well. Tiziana, who did most of the wedding coordination, also helped me set up an absolute dream of a wine tour for our last day in Tuscany. She coordinated our driver, all of our stops, all of tours, and the tastings. If you wanted to spend every minute of your vacation on this resort you wouldn't need to step a foot off of the property. But, they also did an amazing job of coordinating different experiences for people. Would HIGHLY recommend!
