I hardly can understand the meaning of this. You arrived at the Hotel on the 11-08-17 and and today is 15-08-17 .You are making a complain that refers to things that did not happen. From today you have been rellocated for first and last time in your top floor room that you have requested.this was the plan from the begginig due to some tecnical issues we faced the day of your arrival.
your complains sound as if you have already left the property and you describe a situation that has never happend.
the reson for this trouble was something unexpected and was shorted out on time. we are very happy to help our guests the best we can at all times
