Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have visited Sani Club twice now as a family and loved it both times. I really can’t fault it - beautiful location, attentive service, clean and well decorated rooms, child friendly, nice beaches, excellent food. We really couldn’t have asked for anything else.

Wow. Sani is one of a kind. I have never been to somewhere so big, with so much to do and see, that feels personal. The whole experience was phenomenal. Although some parts were quite expensive (namely the alcohol!), it was all completely worth it. Not once was there an occasion where I thought a staff member wasn't doing their utmost to help me. I had a problem with my air conditioning and within 5 minutes an engineer was fixing it, 10 minutes later everything was perfect. However, I must note one improvement I think could be made. Firstly, it is unfortunate that the beach is separated between Sani Club and Sani Beach by another resort. It would be great if this could be only for Sani as it would make walking down the beach more seamless. I did hear though that Sani was attempting to buy this resort, so that is good. Out of all the 5 (?) resorts, I recommend Sani Club the most. It is very private, green and beautiful. While slightly far from the centre of Sani, you can call for your own, private Volvo. In peak times the maximum time I had to wait was 10 minutes. Other alternatives include taking a short 15-minute walk along the beach or (what I did) hire an electric bike at their bike centre. I wouldn't recommend a bike that isn't electric at Sani Club as there are some hills you have to get over, and I didn't come to Sani to exercise! Those who do want to exercise can use the gym (which was very clean and not very busy when I took a look) in either Sani Club or Beach. There are a multitude of restaurants available around Sani, all with their own different foods (Greek, Italian etc) and all very nice. There is also a buffet in Porto Sani, however, there is a much smaller selection of food there and it is usually quite busy with kids, so I would veer towards the restaurants. I would absolutely recommend the Ouzerie (by far my favourite) as the view is PHENOMENAL, especially during sunset/rise. The staff are amazing, and the food is spectacular. Furthermore, my son thoroughly enjoyed the Ozone Teen Club. He was out all day there, and it seemed extremely fun with many different activities. It is also only for 13-17 so perfect for his age group. He wouldn't stop talking about how good it was! Also, the Bear Grylls Survival Camp was a great experience for my son and I, led by George. It really did feel like a survival situation! Lastly, the Sani Festival. If there was any reason to go to Sani, this would be it. World-renowned singers go every year and make this a one-of-a-kind experience. I bought tickets to see Tom Odell perform, for a very reasonable £50 for front seat tickets, and god am I happy I chose to go. This was a deeply touching concert that will remain with me for the rest of my life. My favorite songs were his new song 'Black Friday' and 'Best Day Of My Life'. Usually, I don't go for 'sad' genres, but this was an exception. He performed with such expression and I can't help but remember this whenever I listen to his songs. You may think I am exaggerating how good my experience was, however, it was truly one of a kind. Finally, I would like to say a massive thank you to the cleaners who were always amazing and left my room looking amazing every day, Elani and Katerina at Beach House (the most amazing waitresses I have ever had the pleasure of encountering), Christos at Bike Center for always being so helpful, and most of all, Elena, Liana and Mikhail from Ozone who made my sons time at Ozone amazing. Everything I have mentioned above has led me to visit Sani 4 times now, and will return soon! Thank you Sani!

The entire resort is wonderful with many attractions. Service is impeccable and genuine. The staff is very professional but also personable and treat their guests as friends. Crystal clean water and quiet beach. Yoga in the forest with a sea view and ice cream by the pool. Kids loved Volvo rides to the main resort and endless attractions there. Bear Grills, Chelsea academy, archery lessons, Tree top park. 5 days were definitely not enough and we hope to be back soon. P.S. A small tip on restaurants and attractions - research and book in advance

We had an amazing week in Sani club, we loved the pools, food and the beautiful beaches and weather. Make sure to check out Bousoulas and the beach bar on it!!! Everything was perfect thanks to our amazing concierge Mila. Our experience would not be the same without her. Her attention to detail and effort to make our trip enjoyable really showed.

Sani Club is our happy place, this is our third stay this year; from being greeted by Hayk and Lia, upon arrival, who can’t do enough for us, and ensure everything is possible throughout our stay, through to dinners in Cabana that not only has excellent food but views to match. You can’t beet the setting, the smell of the pine trees, the view of the sea as you walk down the hill and the proximity to the beach. We even saw dolphins this trip! We’ve been to many 5 star hotels/resorts but with staff who treat you like family Sani Club has the edge!

Every member of the 100+ staff we encountered was so friendly, helpful and warm. We stayed during the last week of the season and the staff showed no signs of being tired at all. Resort is immaculate and well maintained with beautiful views. Our kids loved the Halloween night - staff went to so much trouble, even providing little compostable cake boxes for the kids to take home their decorated biscuits and cakes. The resort has tried really hard to avoid plastic waste - refillable glass water bottles in the room, reusable plastic water glasses by the pools and beach as well as electric cars and buggies to transport you around the resort. As a vegetarian, I found the food choices very repetitive - lots of pasta and aubergine and sometimes nothing at all. I spoke to the staff and the food and beverage manager was made aware and allowed me to choose from the whole vegetarian menu, not just the set dine around menu. This did widen the choice (although you do get a lot of pasta options regardless of whether it's a French or Greek restaurant. I really appreciated the efforts he went to in order to make my dinners more varied. I would have given 5 stars as the vegetarian issue was so well dealt with but there were a couple of disappointments. Firstly, we tried to book the treetop adventure, complimentary boat ride, bungee trampolining and eco tour but all were fully booked. The website uses these as a selling point but availability is actually quite limited. And secondly, upon arrival, despite the app / website stating that the buffet would be open till 9.30, it actually closed at 9 - we arrived at 9.10 - so a tray of wraps was left in our room. All had ham in them and we wanted a hot meal after breakfast and lunch in airports / aeroplanes. They arranged for us to have room service using our daily allowance but then we found out on the last day they had charged a EUR10 tray fee, which was frustrating especially as the website times were wrong and no vegetarian food was offered. We spoke to reception but they said the charge couldn't be removed. I had been hesitating whether to give a 5 or 4 star review and this tipped me in favour of 4 stars. Buffet timings are quite short - just 1-2.30 for lunch for example so limited flexibility with your timings. Otherwise, the resort is wonderful. If you're a meat eater, you'll love it. If you're a vegetarian, just speak to someone when you arrive. Staff from Sani called us to offer us a complimentary upgrade from half board to full board by way of an apology, which we initially thought was great. However, when we looked on their website to see what this upgrade was worth we realised this was a current offer for all bookings online and not really a special way of apology.

Third time at Sani but first at Sani Club, having previously stayed at Beach x 2 in May. Had an amazing October half term week with our two girls, 5 and 2 years. The room was beautiful and a lot bigger than our previous rooms at Sani Beach. The views are unparalleled. Absolutely beautiful. What we loved about club amongst many things were the restaurants. We were told no reservations for breakfast which we preferred and loved trying all the different places. We also love the Beach and it was great to have a beautiful stretch of it at Sani Club. Always lots of space by the pool and we enjoyed using our dine around for lazy pool/ beach lunches. Also free ice cream cart for the kids by the main pool each day. (One of my girls is dairy free and it was no problem then getting a vegan sorbet for her). The activities were good- Pilates , circuit classes and a lovely running route. The one improvement would be more availability on the classes, lots were booked up for the week on arrival. The volvo cars to the other parts of the resort were plentiful. We loved going back to Bousolos beach, the white party, the kids mini disco and the Marina. We also went to the splash park at Sani Beach and the water was warmer than our two previous stays- the girls loved it. Our 5 year old also tried the BMX pump track and the dancing swim class- both great. We had one issue with noise on the first night from a neighbouring room which they applied some sound proofing. Thanks Marios for looking after us. A wonderful Sani week again….. we will be back
