Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hotel that offers spacious rooms, which also have a small kitchenette inside, and also the bathroom is spacious.
Rooms arranged on small buildings on two floors and rooms on the ground floor come out directly to the river with garden all around.
The hotel also offers a restaurant service.
We as a group, large we enjoyed breakfast, alas the first day left a little to be desired, they were not ready for such a large group. Then the second day went much better, bravo.

Very surprised how enjoyable it was. We had a lakeview room, opposite the lovely lake full of native birds and ducks, and the biggest surprise was the tortoises. When standing next to the water I could see them bobbing their heads up, and they all came swimming towards me, and were lifting their heads out of the water to look at me. The water in the lake is clear enough that I could even see the fish swimming around.

We are locals and I have to admit the Dumpling Broth on the September specials menu is an absolute winner. It has bought us back to the hotel already 7 times so I can enjoy it. Today, I am already counting down till the end of the month. My partner has also consumed the Pork special equally as much. Please Please as you amend your seasonal menu can you please make the Dumpling Broth a staple. I do have eating allergies, and this broth is picture perfect for me xx.

Awful. Very relieved we only stayed one night here. The floors are stained. The room definitely did not feel as clean as it should have. The bistro was also closed which was quite frustrating after getting off a near 9 hour bus. There is a huge sign at the front saying free WiFi yet you cannot get any WiFi in the rooms. The bed felt like it was covered in rubber and we found it uncomfortable at best. It’s such a shame because the people working there seemed lovely, but I would never stay here again.

Be careful when you book and double check your dates! Booked a room for the 15th only to be changed automatically to the 28th because they were full. Arrived at the venue on the 15th to be told they're fully booked the lady at reception was not very polite or helpful as I explained we live 1000km away and will not be here on the 28th. Would not cancel our booking as it was booked through Wotif. (First venue I've known that can not send a request back to the booking agent to cancel the booking) Contacted Wotif they said the venue will respond within 24hours never happened. Contacted them both again the lady on the phone was quite arrogant and did not care. Lesson learned and will never use them again.

Terrible stay and not worth the hotel name. Outdated rooms, Dirty bathroom.
Beds were not made.
Towels were not changed.
There was NO WIFI.
The reception was supposedly open from 10am to 8pm.
When we arrived at 7 p.m., there was no one else there. Also no message as to why
You had to check out before 10am, but the reception only opens at 10am
There is no kitchenette in the room!!!
There is no possibility to have breakfast in the hotel, but you also cannot have breakfast in the room. There was only a kettle and 2 bags and a mini fridge.
Some of us got 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator. Some don't.
The pool towels were clearly already used and not clean.
Really scandalous. I've never experienced this before.

If I could give it Zero stars, I would.
Putrid rooms..black mould covered entrance door, mould in the ceiling and above all the beds, AC seemingly never had filters cleaned..dead spiders hanging from cornices. Yet, somehow, staff were adamant it was cleaned daily. Disgusting and has left me with a lung infection after 3 nights in this sad excuse for an establishment that expects guests to pay for 3rd world living standards.

I booked this hotel through Qantas. It is a low cost hotel with no thrills. Location could be better you need transport to get around. It was quiet, had nice grounds, room comfortable but basic, no tissue., Bed linen only changed on 4 day, charges for extra change. Good pool on site and restaurant but not open for breakfast and no cafes with good breakfast close. Staff courteous but were not forthcoming but this could be due to company changes hence were not informed that I could get discount on meals in restaurant. Sofie in restaurant most helpful. Would I stay here next. I would look for better location but I would need to pay more. Short stay, overnight might consider.

First time stay at Kondari Resort. The room beds were clean and comfortable. The Shower/toilet were clean with great shower pressure.
The carpets are badly stained and there was a hole in the wall above the rear door.
The WiFi was a total fail, as there was no access to the guests despite the reception lady advising how to connect.
There was no car parking in front of the unit. The car had to be parked in a general open carpark about 100 mtrs away.
The Office staff were very courteous and helpful.

Stayed overnight here, used to stay here back in 2009. We were disappointed with the state of the room which was very outdated and rundown. We had seen on the website that the rooms had been refurbished however unfortunately our room hadn't been. The shower glass had a huge crack through it, the door didn't close easily. The carpet had big black stains and the whole room could do with a fresh paint job. The positive was the King size bed which was very comfortable and we did have a good night's sleep. Other positive was wine glasses were supplied. We booked a month earlier but think we must have been in one of the most rundown rooms.

Hi I would not think that you would have anything to worry about with staying at Kondari with your baby. I was there over a couple of weekends and I did not have any noise issues. The bar, gaming area and dining room are some distance from the accommodation areas and as such I don't believe you will hear a thing.
