Stayed one night before flying from Birmingham airport. Mary, the owner, wasn't there on arrival but she had rung us during the afternoon with instructions as to what room we were in and where to find the key. Very easy to find with sat nav. Really nice room with bath, shower, complimentary toiletries and comfy bed. Nice lounge and dining...

Very comfortable, clean guest house with a warm welcome from owners. Although staying on my own I was lucky to have the last room available which was a large family room, tastefully decorated and with a nice en suite shower room. The landlady has thought of everything to make a stay enjoyable and welcoming. Where to find extra pillows, towels,...

Excellent location with plenty of places to eat in the immediate area. I booked late, so wasn't expecting much, especially as my son and I were going to a gig at the NEC, with not much accommodation available in the local area. NO NEED TO WORRY. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely nice and...

I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and exceptionally helpful who showed me to a light, warm and spacious room with a huge bed and what I thought was probably one of their best rooms (I only later found out that it was actually the last one due for a refurbishment!). The bed was comfy, the shower...

We stayed here because it's so close to the National Motorcycle Museum! We had a clean and spacious room at the back of the house. The bed was super comfy :-) There are loads of places within walking distance to go out for a meal, which we did. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Thank you - we'd certainly...

Achill is a perfect guest house in an ideal location. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. The house is no more than a 10 minute drive from the NEC. We will definitely be coming back again.
