We actually asked about NYE; they are generally sold out they told us and they remove the living room furniture in order to put in more dining tables. They have many more dining guests than residents. They also launch fireworks from the bottom of the hill so they explode slightly above the hotel - sounds fun!
We didn't ask about Christmas however.
