Detailed Reviews
This holiday park is awesome! It is well maintained, clean with lots to do. My teenage kids especially liked the Basketball ring, jumping pillows and tennis court. Also liked the open areas to kick the footy, riding their bikes and skateboarding. All the cabins looks amazing however, we stayed in the Safari Cabin and it was NOT great. I can't believe there was no basin to wash our hands after going to the toilet or to brush our teeth we had to do this in the shower! The lighting was very dim, no good for makeup. We could not lock up the cabin and also there was no TV. The worst of all was on the windy nights we could not sleep. It was so noisy!! So basically 2 of the 4 nights we did not sleep. The kitchenette had very minimal cutlery also, no big cutting knives or tongs for the BBQ. I would recommend the holiday park to others however I would suggest NOT to stay in the Safari Cabin and to choose one of the other cabins that looked amazing.

Had 3 nights in a 3 bedroom cabin perfect for two couples spacious and comfortable accomodation, the park has a great location on the bellerine peninsula centrally located to all the surrounding seaside towns making it great for half day trips allowing for plenty of relaxation time. The park is immaculate and the staff are great. Will be going back again.

This is our second visit to this holiday park and we weren’t sure if we would even make it with the current covid situation but we did and we are so glad.
Not much was different to last year except that we had to wear masks and the gym wasn’t open. But we could still swim, play and use all the facilities on offer!
The park is so family friendly I’m afraid to stay at any other Big4! The two bedroom cabins are perfect for a family of 4 and will a fully self contained kitchen if you want to stay in you can! The deck is beautiful and private to your neighbours. The camp kitchen is great if you’re wanting a bbq on the grounds and the indoor pool makes it easy to swim all day long.
We can’t wait to return in 2021 with the boys again.

Our family group booked four seperate accommodation options at the Big 4 Bellarine. A safari tent, vineyard cabins and 2 bd room cabin and all were of excellent high quality and very comfortable
The accommodation is nothing like the older style caravan parks this place is luxury.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
The park has a heated indoor pool and playground with trampoline pillows and is a short drive to the various towns
The traffic noise can be heard unfortunately probably because there are not any fully grown trees to act as a barrier but this may change in time
The Barwon Heads beach a great safe inlet with canoeing and paddle boards
The Banks winery is a quick stroll next door to Big 4 Bellarine and well worth a tasting and or a meal
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would go again.

Great friendly staff.
Great activities.
Great location.
Great cleanliness.
We had a great time using the warm indoor pool even when it rained and used all the other activities when it didn’t.
Our campsite was powered and huge, with its own tree that gave us extra shade.
It’s so close to many beaches/restaurants/shops and down the road from Adventure Park/wineries/mini golf.
The big bonus for me is that the toilets are actually an all in one room, so you can use the toilet, shower and sink area privately, I’m a dad of three teens G13 B14 G15 yo.
If you’re not into camping you can still bring your large caravan or use one of the many other cabins or safari tents and still ripe the benefits mentioned before.
Did I mentioned that we stayed during the biggest storm in January Australia Day week with a mix of wind thunder and lightening? So I can only imaging how great Big 4 Bellarine would be with a full stay of sunny days.

This is the best Big 4 i have ever stayed in and i have been around australia and stayed in a lot. The sites are so spacious and the folage and lawns are lush and green. The amenities are clean and modern. Camp Kitchen was great and clean. i didnt stay in the glamping tents or cabins but they looked great. The Glamping tents had cast iron baths on the front veranda along with a bbq. Next time i will book one of those. The staff were so helpfull and let us have an extended late check out as our Dolphin Swim tour went overtime. So much for kids to do i was finding myself wishing i had a few kids lol ,. Will defiantly be coming back

We stay here every year for the Queenscliff Rod Run Weekend. We hire two caravan sites and they are massive. The amenities are fantastic and the grandkids absolutely loved the pool and the Jumping Pillows. The toilets and showers are all in their own separate rooms and there is also laundry facilities. The staff are always friendly and we highly recommend a stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Where do I begin? From the moment we checked in and were greeted by the awesome Molly, I knew that it was going to be a great adventure! She was very patient and actually greeted and chatted with my two mini humans, making us all feel instantly welcomed. We stayed in a safari tent, which was epic and so comfy. Couldn’t fault a thing! The park itself is huuuuge. This place honestly rocks. From hide and seek in the dark, go carts, jumping pillows, footy goals, basketball/netball hoops, croquet, bocce, BMX track, walking track, movies, soccer goals, flying fox, playground and an indoor heated pool-we were never without something to do! iPads? What are they?! The kids were having too much fun to even want them.
There were food trucks on some nights, and even barista coffee! All the staff we met were so lovely, I wish I remembered all the names. This is truly the best holiday park for families I’ve come across and if you are thinking about it, just do it! Thank you Big 4 Bellarine for 3 nights of memories my kids & I will never forget. We can’t wait to come back!!

We came here to stay for 3 nights whilst on our honeymoon. Our room (vineyard suite) was spotless when we arrived and was a very cozy cabin with plenty of room for 2, all whilst obtaining all the necessities you’ll need. Overall, it was a beautiful park with well maintained lawns and plenty of fun for the family. We will definitely be back!!

This would have to be the best Big4 in Australia, we stayed in the safari tent or should I say the glamping tent. We went as a huge family holiday and had tents and caravans and we were all placed together in the same area. The sites were huge. The park is beautiful with amenities that had separate bathrooms ( not block types) so privacy was maintained. The staff at reception were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. So much for the kids to do they were only really at the campsite for meals and at nighttime. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our family had an absolute ball.

I’m not sure about the 3 bedroom cabins but the two bedroom cabin didn’t.
I’m not sure but you could contact the park directly and they would answer your question. We are not from the area so we don’t know.
Plenty of BBQ area at the Big4, very beautifully enclosed camp kitchen areas which you could easily entertain multiple families. Unsure about restaurants sorry. Highly recommended the park though. One of my favorites for sure
Big 4 Bellarine have released their Winter packages that do include extras on top of the usual available activities for kids.

Also fishing for squid, trevally and snapper tends to pick up heading into winter in both the Queenscliff harbour and from the piers. If you would like some pointers see the friendly gentleman at "For Pete's Sake" on Hesse St. As well as selling second hand books and bric a brac he's a wealth of information regarding things to do in the area and an experienced scuba diver.
