We stayed for one month this time. We were treated like royalty. Everything about the hotel is customer focused. The staff are like a family in a family run hotel. Nothing is too much of a problem and it is fair to say that their behaviour is pro active wherever possible as opposed to reactive. From the gardeners to the...

After a long ride from surigao city we were pleasantly surprised upon checking in and getting a free upgrade in our room. The room was a few minutes walk winding around a nice pool. Our room was very nice looked as it was recintly renovated with a flat screen TV, cold stocked fridge spilt aircon, comply beds and bedding. Large...

The place is very accessible, dining area is nice, rooms at the two storey structure are quite old looking and in need of fresh paint, hot water is non-existent in the shower, bathroom could use some renovation. Food served generally ok, but "turon" did not have the usual "nangka". Quite unusual.

Thank you very much for booking your stay with us. We would like to apologize, however, for any inconvenience caused while you were checked-in in our resort. You've mentioned that the "turon" you tasted did not have the usual "nangka". Our resort has not served the said dish for a long time. May we know your stay dates and room...

We had our 2016 Christmas Party at Almont Inland Resort. The price is at competitive range and the food was great. Although caveat, you need to have a particular swimwear especially if you're planning to enjoy the pool.

We had a deluxe room, very spacious with two double beds. no tea/coffee facilities but that was the only lack. Excellent C.R with bidet shower and good hot water supply. Rather odd room as the front wall was all glass with a sliding glass double door in the middle, we arrived after dark and the curtains were drawn closed. Next...

Hotel staff said our name was not there. I reacted and said I called them a few days before and confirmed. Problem turns out- they did not book us...

When the water came back, I took a shower & right while I was rinsing shampoo, the water flow stopped again. When it came back, the water reeked of a very...
