Hotel / Guest House Bali Sandat in Bondalem we have two guest houses and they are built in the local style with natural materials, furnished with bamboo and rattan. Each of the four rooms has a private, half-open bath (WC/shower), viewing the palm trees and the starlit sky at night. The large terraces with sea view lure you to relax, playing a game or reading a book from the small library, or just to be and lazing around. The house is surrounded by a varied, large garden with coconut, mango, papaya, banana and rambutan trees. In front of the sea you will find a small temple with the rich-flowering, fragrant Frangipani tree. From time to time you will experience small ceremonies there. A small stroll through our wonderfull garden leads directly to the beach.

This guest house made an amazing impression on me. I am thinking about it every day dreaming to come back. Serene, clean rooms surrounded by beautifully maintained garden make you feel relaxed and welcomed. The garden is full of amazing flowers , birds and butterflies. All the stuff is so kind, attentive and welcoming. The food they cook for you is delicious, so flavorful and nourishing. The beach side is amazing, perfect place to sit and meditate or go for a swim. We had the happiest time there with friends and family. Thank you Bali Sandat! 💖🙏 We think of you often and do want to come back.

Simple guest house at the end of a small road, it has a gigantic beautiful garden with frangipani, coconut and palms trees, and many more. The garden is more that 100 ares !
Very quiet, the only noise are the bird songs all day long!
The place is also beachfront, with a nice black volcanic sandy beach with almost no waves, so not really for surfer.
I had 2 massages in the gazebo near the sea, e perfect relaxing massage with as music the sound of the wavelets crashing on the beach.
The cooking team prepares a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner for almost no money.
There are only 4 rooms available so it is never overcrowded and quiet.

A perfect place to enjoy nature and relax far from the husle of Kuta or Semyniak !

We came to Bali for 3 weeks and stayed at Bali sandat for a week with 2 young kids. Out of the 6 accommodations we tried, Bali sandat was the best as we felt treated like family member. Our kids played with the staff and their families daily and were treated like local. Made Sri and her team provided us a great service and were able to cater all our need. Ms Kadek, the cook was able to cater all our food requirement serving us different food everyday. Not only we didn't felt bore by the food but the taste as also amazing. Compared to many other place we went, the pricing is reasonable and overall we felt a great value for money.
Importantly, by coming to Bali sandat, you know that you are also supporting local community as all their earnings are fully used to support the local community which was hardly impacted by the covid period. The coral reef in front of the villa is also very nice with many fishes and various corals. Thank you again!

i did not book in advance but was looking at places in the area and stumbled upon Bali Sandat and it was exactly what I wanted! The accommodation is really comfortable and cosy with lovely choice of beautiful traditional furniture. The rooms and balconies are lovely, the garden is beautiful and well tended and leads you right to the beach. The beach is black and stony, but still provides a beautiful walk past fishing villages, there is also snorkelling close to the shore.
I had several massages whilst I was thee that were great. There is also a yoga hut overlooking the beach if you want!
The home cooked food was some of the best I had in all three weeks in bali.
It is quiet, relaxed and off the tourist track, which suited me perfectly.

I have spent 5 wonderful relaxing days from 17th to 22nd May 2014 in the Bali Sandat guest house and will definitely return some day. Tilli is a lovable, competent host who comes up with great proposals for trips that you really do not know which tour you should choose. Nyoman, the house driver has picked me up from the airport and brought me to wonderful places I would never have seen without his help. The food in Bali Sandat cooked by Sri Made is a dream. Everything is cooked deliciously, seasoned and garnished creatively. The meals are fresh and healthy. There was also a wide range of exquisite fresh smoothies and at no time I had gastrointestinal problems. The tropical garden invites you to relax and to take pictures. Many exotic bushes and frangipani trees make it a real experience. My room was bright, free of mosquitoes and pleasantly simply furnished. The sleeping room and the bathroom were cleaned daily, everything was very clean.

The Bali Sandat is a wonderful place for individual travelers and small groups to explore the North of Bali from there. I thank Tilli very much for all the support!

Love the huge shared balcony with mandis and other furniture and the view over the gorgeous garden and beach. Tilli joins guests with the delicious meal served in the outdoor dining area. Room was nice with moxie net, outdoor bathroom, decent shower. The drive to the property is down a lovely tree lined lane. I hired a scooter and visited the indigo weavers and an inland village.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are nice and clean. Big balcony to use for late afternoon sunsets. The garden is beautiful. Direct access to the beach. They make delicious meals every evening. You feel that you are part of the family. The location is very nice, peaceful and in the end of a beachroad. I met other travellers who stayed much longer than intended. Just book !
