The bedroom was quite basic and the shower cubicle needed updating. However, the sitting room was very comfortable and the 24 hour tea and coffee making facility was much appreciated. To top this are the hosts' attentiveness and great service. Meals were cooked and served with care and overall, the hotel provided very good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed...

We stayed in this hotel on the very last day of September 2012, when the season was beginning to quieten down. Right from the start our Danish hosts made us feel welcome. Our room was basic but clean, and after exploring the town we settled into the comfortable and homely 1st floor lounge for a couple of beers before dinner....

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel on our way to Bordeaux. This was the fourth time we stayed at the hotel and definitely not the last time. The hotel is not that big but the atmosphere is very cosy and the owners make you feel very much at home. The tv/living room is a relaxing place to spend a...

Very pleasant experience. This is not a luxury place and it's unassuming from the outside but it delivers excellent value for money. Spotless rooms and pleasant reception, but what makes it outstanding is the attention to detail shown by this dedicated husband-and-wife team. Lit candles and fresh flowers on the tables -also for breakfast- and tasty, attractively presented food. Very...

We stayed here for five days and as far as accomodation goes it was fine. What sets this place apart from most others is the quality of the food. The dinners were superb - the cooking was excellent - imaginative and well-presented, with plenty of lovely touches - some of the appetisers were fabulous - as were the desserts. The...

I spend 2 nights with my 15 years old son in the hotel. We enjoyed our stay especially because of the warm and familiar ambiance that the owners create. They offer you a great welcome and make you feel at home in their hotel, with a living room with different corners where you can watch television, play a gam, read...

A cosy hotel with just 10 nice rooms, all with private bath and toilet. The staffs ensure that you are well; they are helpful with everything that makes your stay special. There is a comfortable and a good atmosphere. The cosy living room is often the stamping ground of several nationalities who exchange travel experiences. Good breakfast and plenty of...
