Step back to the 1930's in this fantastic hotel , everything was perfect during our stay. We used the restaurant and had a very nice meal , bit pricey but what fantastic place to eat and drink. Very comfortable bed . Well recommended.

Great place to sit in the sun and watch the aeroplanes especially if you have kids. Restaurant isn't great, food was dry and old, young waitress snappy and not pleasant. Definitely going to go back as its a cool location with no charge to get in (just wont be eating in Aviator Restaurant)

Like stepping back into the 1930s so a bit dated clean though but in the middle of an industrial estate and next to Sywell airdrome bit of a drive to shops etc. Staff were a friendly bunch although was going to treat myself to full English on last day and had just 1 waiter serving 25 people so did not...

Visited this hotel for one night as we were going to he drag racing track in Wellingborough. Really unique and interesting hotel. Beds comfy, staff friendly and helpful, but although the rooms are supposed to be 60s style, they could still do with a lick of paint and a good dusting!

I stayed for one night during a business trip. Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed, with some nice, quirky, period fixtures and fittings. Dinner was a homemade chicken pie, chips and veg. Best meal in a hotel of this rating for a longtime. Pretty much nothing is within walking distance of this...

Stayed one night, first impression was that the room was spotlessly clean. Nice quiet location, restaurant was good with friendly efficient service. Can recommend for a couple of nights stay. Free wifi in the public areas

What a lovely surprise this hotel was. A voyage into the past with a beautiful Art Deco theme throughout the hotel, restaurant and bar. Immaculately clean rooms and public areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Food excellent, and chef going over and above finding me a dessert off menu for a special dietary requirement! Couldn't of asked for more. Fabulous night...

Art deco style restaurant and rooms, makes a refreshing change, staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and tea and coffee was all to hand. The food that we eat was quality food and was from the specials board and reasonably priced. Must go back and have a good look around the history of Sywell.

First thing that crossed your mind as you approach The Aviator is where am I? This hotel is lost in the midst of a small airport and industrial warehouses. The decor is wonderfully Art Deco. This was the base of the Free French during the Second World War and has amazing history. The rooms are dated. Almost purposely so. They...

For obvious Orwellian reasons, you never want to be checked into Room 101...But I was. You'd have thought they'd have done away with 101, like they do away with the thirteenth floor. Luckily my stay was not as bad as a rats cage strapped to my head, but it wasnt brilliant either. To be fair to the Aviator i did...
