Disappointed to see that the furnishings and bedding was all outdated, carpets we dingy and I really felt the need to limit direct contact with old comforters (creative folding). The staff were okeasabt, but I would not stay agsin. First thought upon entering room: how much trouble would it be to argue for a refund.

Extremely dated and although the room was fairly clean, the stairs and hallway were filthy. We arrived late and I was exhausted, so we stayed, but next time I will pay an extra $20 and stay in a better part of town and cleaner, newer facility. Definitely not worth the money we payed. This is an older hotel that has been maintained. There is evidence of its age with the deadbolt locking doors and older but clean carpets. The wifi is free but sporadic. (Expedia lists a managers reception that the workers don't even remember ever happening.) There was some noise from the bar goers leaving at night as the room was facing...

I originally was booked here for a couple weeks and going to extend to six weeks. Being a regular hotel user, I knew enough to ask for a very quiet, clean room at which point I will extend the stay. Being right downtown in Whitehorse this hotel is older and in need of some upgrades. It was clean, but the bed was worn out and the heating/cooling was marginal.
