Didn't know what to expect but it was comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. This is a late review since i went there in April and the shocker for me was to arrive there to a temperature of 25 C when i was expecting it to be cols and maybe still with snow, lol. No air conditioning...

First time staying in a snow town sure stirred up some anxious moments! However, the welcoming staff and nice warm room with bath makes it all so calming! Especially with the picturesque snow outside my window! Walking distance to everything, as well as the few walking and bike Trails! What a treat to cycle on the fat bike in the...

I booked the Royal Suite for my five day business meeting trip to Whitehorse so I could have a clean and comfortable room to spend time in after my meetings. Upon check-in I was issued my key and was excited to have the best suite in the hotel. i put my bags in and headed out to get a few...

Apparently this is where all the tour bus operators bring the tourists. Upon arriving, trying to get my nervous dog, myself and luggage through the masses of meandering people was enough to make me want to start smoking. There is not enough parking for hotel guests, the layout of the facility is discombobulated and confusing, and they charge for their...

I needed an accessibility room. The one I stayed in was good. First floor carpet tile is somewhat difficult to maneuver a walker on and easily trips you up if your not paying attention. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. Parking is another thing! Not enough for the size of this Inn. Only 2 for disability parking. I would stay here...

The rooms are average; the staff are very helpful; the food in restaurant is good for breakfast; average beyond that; they don't tell you when you check that wi-fi is an additional charge of $5/day. I much prefer hotels with all inclusive price for the room...such a pain to tack it on after the fact. I had to go back...

Older hotel located right in the center of town with free parking. Rooms were older but was very clean. The restaurant and bar area is very busy during the meal hours as there are a lot of tour buses stopping, food was really good.

I'm a local and I needed a meeting room to host a few gatherings. The woman who helped me, Taryn Hemmings (who works in the restaurant) did an amazing job of answering my questions and getting me the best deal she could. I'll definitely be going back to the Westmark in the future!

Stayed here for a whole week. Enjoyed the stay, it was a good hotel to rest our head. Centrally located in the downtown we were able to access a fabulous walking trail next to the river. Generally a good place to stay!

This hotel is decidedly average. The good is that I slept well, the shower was good, and the wifi is excellent and the downtown location is super convenient. The bad the room (1st floor) had a funky smell, you have no control over the heat. The first 2 days were freezing I think the whole building didn't have the heat...
