Took about 10 minutes to check in, TV was flat screen with fuzzy reception, key card holder was reused (previous room numbers crossed out) and breakfast coupon has coffee stain on it, obviously reused. Decent place to last your head down for the night but not very impressive. Can tell they run the hotel on a shoestring budget.

Love the comfortable king size bed, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the short walking distance to Sasktel Centre for the Janet Jackson concert, can't wait to return to this place! The parking was excellent too.

We were assigned a non smoking room and when we entered, guess what hits us? the smell of smoke. For $145 a night it is not worth it. The room itself was clean but the smell is just horrible. Tv is basic analog cable but flat screen. The lamps had the outlets on the stand so that you don't have...

Pros - staff were accommodating with requests and polite. Overall, customer service was a strong point. Pet friendly. Cons - smoking - room smelled like smoke (reported but not addressed), lots of people smoking outside their hotels next to sliding windows and even staff were outside smoking in front of the front door to hotel. Rooms were clean but worn...

Old hotel, 2 floors, not handicap accessible, no elevator! Not very clean either. Our room the first day didn't even get made up! A/C didn't work! All around, not recommended for the price! 2-3 stars at best....

After a very pleasant stay at the Comfort Suites in Saskatoon on a previous visit, due to availability, we booked a room at the Comfort Inn. Do not confuse the two in terms of room quality, hotel cleanliness or service. The room we were given was minus a towel rack in the bathroom but the hinges remained. It had one...

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying here over night. I have to say we were a little worried when we pulled in Saturday mid afternoon. There was literally 2 other cars in the parking lot. We were very impressed as the entire hotel looks like it has had a make over. A great make over also! Bed,...

We love the convenience of Comfort Inn's drive-up rooms, but unfortunately, this property was poorly maintained, not very clean, and the carpet was nasty with spills and stains. It was quiet, and the beds comfortable, but there were some rough looking individuals passing through the parking lot and one of them was dumpster diving at the manufacturing facility just across...

It took my husband four times to get into a clean room. The first room's door key would not work and he was back and forth to the front desk. The new manager left the hotel to buy more toiletries for the hotel and let my husband waiting for him. The manager was the only one who had a key...
