The room was clean, very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. The beds were awesome and the shampoo, etc was rain kissed leaves from bath and body which I love. It was great to have wifi included.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights travelling on my own. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for me. I had been travelling for over a week. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer just near the reception. The staff helped me and I got all my clothes washed and dried. The rooms were lovely and...

Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but once you get past that it is a pretty decent hotel. It was very clean, in a great location and friendly staff. One bonus is that we were able to do our laundry here without having to use the dry cleaning service, which we were unable to do at any other hotel....

We stayed overnight because our function was at this hotel but would have chosen the Travelodge if I had realised the hotel ceases to function after 10pm. The room we held the function in was very good, the buffet was awesome, the service also very good and staff very attentive to your needs. We booked through Hotels.ca and paid in...

We stay at this hotel every time we come to town or have guests visiting family. Super clean and well-maintained and one of the best buffets and restaurants in the city. Great location near Timmies, shopping and lots of free parking. I never stay anywhere else.

We have stayed at this hotel each fall the night before a bus tour. We always find the hotel clean, convenient, and service great. We are from out of town so were allowed to leave our vehicle in the back parking lot over the weekend. We booked in September, asked about parking, was told that would be fine, no mention...

After saying never again to the Harvest Inn I (6 years later) chose the Executive. Yes it has been upgraded but its still 3 star. The 2 mandatories ...bed and shower. The bed was perfectly fine for a 1 night stay though it was on the soft side and had I travelled with my wife this would have been an...

Formerly the Harvest West Hotel on Albert Street, this hotel has been renovated and improved. It is well done with new colours, pleasant décor, and new carpeting. Our room was nice but a few things need attention. The door from the hallway to the room was scratched and gouged around the brass door handle plate as if damaged during a...

This hotel was recommended to us by a family member and a corporate traveller. We paid $135/night (less than the rack rate) for this room. The toilet wobbled, the shower was cold, the decor is tired, the carpets have not been cleaned in a long time, housekeeping did not leave us any towels (I had to go down to the...
