Been to the spa many times in the past. Goods: pool has great hours, great location, great water, beds and bedding were great, dining room was getting renovated and food is excellent. Bads: pool floor area dirty, no eucalyptus in the eucalyptus steam room(even after I asked), feathers and bird $hit all around pool outdoors and not cleaned up daily...

Rooms could be cleaner. Make sure enough house coats for people in room. Carpets were gross looking. Pool was nice. Would have liked some soft music played in pool area. Bowel movement spill dealt with better. Larger towels by pool area. Staff was generally friendly.

The pools were clean and the outdoor pool was a neat experience, although we would have appreciated more cool down experiences, perhaps a cool pool. We found the beds too hard and restaurant a bit pricey but the city affords many other restaurants and accommodations so may consider that another time and just a day pass at the spa. Moose...

Staff were very accommodating happy and welcoming. Pool was lovely. Cleaning was very poor. We were sad to to be able to book any spa treatments ... the location is great and our time over all in Moose Jaw was great

Enjoyed the mineral waters, so relaxing. And the small cafe close by sells very good coffee and I always had a strawberry yogurt parfait with granola, and then we'd have our breakfast sitting by the pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows.

Absolutely awesome experience. We didn't even get massages and I still had an awesome experience. Staff was exceptional, our room was above average, the price was right and the restaurant made INCREDIBLE steak! If you are looking for a get away from home this is the place.

Was nice and relaxing, the rooms are needing to be renovated in time, but all in all was very nice. The pool was nice and relaxing just what a person needs to unwind after a day. The restaurant has a really nice breakfast in the morning and we got in on a promotion that included on breakfast with our stay,...

Water was wonderful. Rooms not so great. Was really disappointed in the quality of the beds and the pillows. Fridge did not work and was replaced after multiple calls and took all day you do. Very disappointed

noise level first night was ridiculous as the people next door could be heard due to cracking in room..they were not loud just structural issues with the hotel itself. second night new room was far less value for 20 dollars more and the bath tub was disgusting..I have the pics and videos i took

My boyfriend and I came and stayed in January for one night for my birthday, had a nice relaxing stay,Really enjoy the water and steam room. On the first visit we did have the jet tub in the room which was nice, but the tiles around it were broken, which didn't bother us but could potentially cut someone if they...
