We were fortunate to have booked five nights with this charming B & B by happenstance. The high fashion jewellery company Fifth Avenue Collection was celebrating 25 years in business in their home town of Moose Jaw, and the towns accommodation was at near capacity. Nevertheless, we were able to secure Wakamo Heights through the Venere website and were delighted... More

We stayed at this B and B on our way to and back from Banff. We were on our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier for the accommodations! Yes this B and B is old (I.e. where it gets all of its charm...if you don't like historic places then don't stay here - this bed and breakfast is loaded with... More

We recently had the pleasure of spending an evening at the Wakamow Heights Bed and Breakfast. The house and it's history is fascinating and the owners are doing a great job of restoring the house back to its original splendor. The rooms are so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty. Our hosts were friendly and incredibly accommodating.... More

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay at the Wakamow Heights B&B. All three hosts went out of their way to make our visit memorable. The house is full of remarkable antique furniture. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also first rate and included local jams. Although we stayed just one night at the B&B it was... More

We like the historic bed and breakfasts where you can look around and imagine a by gone era. This one fits the bill. In the evening we played cribbage and made ourselves some tea on the wrap around porch. The next morning, we took a walk along the river and saw a couple of deer in a nearby field. We... More

We stayed one night. As others have noted, the B&B is old and renovations have been ongoing for years. All three hosts were wonderful. At breakfast the other guests were polite, friendly and talkative. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Our room (Executive Suite on the second floor) did have faults, which were: broken stopper in the jet bathtub; the tub... More

First of all, thank for the very nice remarks you left in our guestbook on the veranda. The light above the double Jacuzzi tub works very well but first you have to flick the switch on the wall beside the light. The plug in your double Jacuzzi tub is a '' place in" plug - not a "push up" one.... More

I'm reluctant to write this review! Don't want anyone else find out about the gem!! My husband and I started our trek in Calgary and rode to the wee town of Moose Jaw. I had made a reservation for this cute little B&B, which was booked solid for the night we wanted. When we got there, we got the pick... More

If you are interested in Saskatchewan history and wish to stay in an historic home (B&B) with plenty of unique/valuable antique furniture, then this is the place for you. The owners are restoring this beautiful home constructed in 1902 by Wellington White...a prominent businessman who built a brick factory, was involved in many business enterprises and built the first pool/spa... This was the first time we have stayed at a bed and breakfast before and we were very impressed with the hospitality of the owners and the house itself. The owner's mother helped with breakfast in the morning and was such a sweet lady; just like the owners. Not to mention the breakfast was delicious! We were also able to... More

We were in for the Paul McCartney concert held in Regina, as were all the other guests who stayed the night of August 14. We first tried for a good hotel in Regina, and luck being what it is, fortunately we found Wakamow Heights Bed and Breakfast in Moose Jaw. With much experience staying at B and B's, we can... More
