This is a lovely B&B in an old house on one of the oldest streets of Trois Rivieres, one block from the St. Lawrence River. The narrow street is steeped in history. The common rooms and bedrooms are all comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the modern amenities are available while blending in with the period pieces. The home-cooked hearty breakfasts...

House built in Victorian style. Great location in le Vieux Trois-Rivières and one stone throw away from the river front. Very comfortable, clean and well maintained. A great choice of breakfasts. Friendly staff ready to make us feel at home.

My wife and I loved Gite Loiselle! On an anniversary trip visiting the wonderful Catholic sites between Montreal and Quebec City, we were very glad to have spent a night in Trois Rivieres. Great location in a quaint city. We stayed in Room 1, which was well appointed and very comfortable. Liette was a most gracious host, very happy to...

On a self-guided tour of Ontario and Quebec, my wife and I chose a night in Trois Rivieres to get off the beaten path. We had booked a room at Gite Loiselle. English is somewhat the exception in Trois Rivieres, but our extremely pleasant hostess was taking English lessons which showed a tremendous interest in that segment of her clientele....

In the Heart of Rural Quebec, Trois Rivieres is about halfway between Montreal and Quebec. We booked on line because of reviews and available parking. Thanks to all previous reviewers. The location is close to everything in a small town, parking behind the building was a real plus as we love to drive in the country. The old highway has...

Only stayed one night in Trois-Rivières to break our lengthy car journey. Lovely historic property, very close to the town centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable; a w.c. and washbasin en-suite with a modern wet room immediately adjoining. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, yogurt, French toast etc. all freshly prepared by Liette. Traveller’s tip: Guest parking is...

We stayed here for one night during a motorcycle escapade. Our hosts were fantastic. The place is simply what a B&B should be. The location is at the heart of historic Trois-Rivieres, sourrounded by almost 400 years of history. Restaurants and renowned Trois-Rivières nightlife is but a skip and a hop away. The breakfast (three excellent choisces) is perfectly prepared...

From the moment you walk through the front door, you see the care and attention to every detail. Gîte Loiselle is an old house that has been beautifully transformed into modern day without losing its historic charm. The place is immaculate and tastefully decorated with a blend of old and new. The shower is in a grand room, walls are...

Liette and Mario are as charming as their beautiful home. We had Room #1 which was decorated in a lovely pink French Toile design in the wallpaper, curtains and bed coverings. We had a large, comfortable bed with an amazingly carved headboard. There is a granite shower in a spacious room down the hall, and the bedroom itself had its...

This is an exceptional B&B located in the historic district of Trois Rivieres and within easy walking distance of attractions as well as the "main" street Rue de Forges with its abundance of restaurants; there are perhaps 25 in a 4-5 block stretch. Trois Rivieres is a very attractive town. We were pleasantly surprised as our previous experience was from...

“All the rooms are very nice, We stayed in rooms 3 & 4 during our visits. Each room has a toilet and sink but the shower is shared (which was no inconvenience to us) closest to room 4( if I remember correctly). Don't let this stop you from staying here as the rooms and hospitality are wonderful.”
