I guess you should expect this in small town Quebec on a Saturday night. The rooms are ok but it is overrun with kids and families in town for who knows - hockey tournament? We stopped because the location was convenient close to highway we were driving through to US.

Bonjour, Thank you for your comments they are important for us. When we have sports tournaments we keep a full floor for regular guests and we have two security guards who check every floor. We apologize for the inconvenience. Do not hesitate to contact us directly for more information.

In route to the Gaspe Peninsula we spent one night at this hotel Only after checking in did we learn that the hotel was filled with young hockey players and accompanying adults. It was impossible to sleep with the mayhem in the halls--the adults were worse than the kids. Numerous complaints to the front desk were unavailing. Just as the noise...

The hotel was fine. The only REALLY bad thing was the continental breakfast. A total joke. $8 and there was nothing. A loaf of white sliced bread, croissants that were still frozen and sliced in three, of which you were expected to take a third. Bananas that were BLACK!! A complete disgrace. Do not ask for a refund. Once they...

Hello, our full continental breakfast includes yogurt, boiled eggs, white and brown bread, pastries, croissants and chocolate croissants, fruit salad and whole fruits. We are very surprised to have such comments. By viewing your profile on trip advisor you seem to be a difficult customer to please as feedback provided from other institutions. There is a difference between being disappointed...

An emergency unrelated to my stay prevented our timely arrival to the hotel. Upon explaining the situation to the Manager, he immediately offered to cancel that night's reservation without having to pay for the no-show. Excellent customer service and this will be the first place I book next time I travel to Sherbrooke.

The hotel is conveniently situated, not far from the University, but in any case you need a car to move around. The rooms are clean an modern and the hotel has an excellent swimming pool, including a Jacuzzi. There is no restaurant in the evening, but the reception desk can give you some phone numbers of neighbouring restaurants to order...

We were quite disappointed in this hotel which is more like a motel, small rooms, not enough lighting, not even a bottle of water in the room. Customer service quite unfriendly as though we were bothering them. The place also needs some renovation: everything is old! The rooms are however clean and the beds comfortable.

A nice hotel. The gal on the front desk was very pleasant. The lobby was a beehive of activity with lots of people gathering for some sort of conference. We entered our room from the side entrance and noticed it was in need of some sprucing up. Compared to the main lobby it was run down with peeling paint at...

This was a good stop for one night on our way through to Maine. Friendly staff, OK continental breakfast (for $8 extra). The hotel seems a bit dated but still very clean. Someone driving a large SUV or a pickup would find the parking very tight. I would stay here again.
