This is our second stay at this charming B & B. After staying here several years ago we knew we would be back to Quebec City to enjoy another few days at J. A. Moisan. Beside the warm and friendly hospitality the gourmet breakfast is worth the trip back. The rooms are very comfortable as are the beds. The grocery...

This B&B pays attention to detail. Our trip felt like a mini-vacation to Paris. The rooms and common areas are charming, the host is welcoming, and the location is convenient for walking to Quebec City's attractions. It's fun to browse through the gourmet grocery store under the B&B. My husband and I have stayed at many B&B's, and the breakfasts...

I visited Auberge Moisan last week with my fiancé and we had a wonderful experience. It was the first time that my man and I decided that we would spend a night at a bed and breakfast rather than a night in your typical hotel. When I will return to Quebec I will go back to my second home, Auberge...

My husband and I wanted an authentic experience for our first visit to Quebec City and we got it, and more, staying at J.A. Moisan! From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, everything was outstanding. Clement greeted us upon arrival, helped us up the staircase with our bags and gave us great tips for what to do...

My husband and I stayed at Auberbge J.A. Moisan for five nights and had an outstanding experience. The owner is very friendly and helpful with the luggage and car. He is also enthusiastic about the region and had good recommendations for places to eat and things to see but wasn't overly pushy. We had a miscommunication about the dates and...

Clement's warm welcome was a great introduction to this charming city and wonderful upstairs B&B. Our lovely room, the delicious vegan breakfast in the sun room, and the fun of shopping downstairs in the oldest grocery store in North America were highlights of our stay. We followed Clement's suggestion to walk to the Citadelle for the changing of the guard...

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were looking for a romantic weekend away and we couldn't have been happier! Clement (our host) couldn't have been friendlier! He knows all about Quebec City and made great suggestions for places to visit. Our room was clean, elegant, and comfortable. We loved the mood of the entire B&B as...

In addition to everything the other reviewers say (very welcoming, comfortable, gourmet breakfast, interesting history..) the woman who sold us tickets to one of the museums told us that we were staying in the best B&B in the city, and "how did we like the fabulous breakfast?" She was absolutely correct; the breakfast was healthy, tasty and just the right...

This place is as fantastic as described. I was greeted by Clement at the door, and given an overview of the B&B and tourist attractions in Quebec City. My room was absolutely spotless, with great attention to detail, and the bed and linens were amazing. The room was absolutely quiet, despite facing the busy street. The bathroom was small, but...

I definately agree with others that this is one of the best B&Bs in our travels. The room was small but charmingly decorated with a whole floor below as open space to relax in. The highlights were the hosts themselves who also own the grocery below which has everything from meats to special salts and sugars. We had a lovely...
