What a beautiful venue and in such a wonderful place...we walk to anywhere and everywhere we wanted to see...as well as to dinner both nights...the front desk ladies were there for every question and every thought we had. Suggestions from them were followed thru to find out local hangouts which we really enjoyed! We will return!

We booked this hotel for it's location but would return for the service. Throughout our stay the staff all went beyond the norm to make us comfortable. When it was raining they loaned us umbrellas. When we got soaked through they took our coats and dried them for us. When we left behind a tablet stylus they retrieved it and... More

We strayed 4 nights at this hotel. The rooms were clean and attractive and staff was very helpful. They offer a breakfast daily which was included. They have a coffee machine which you use your room card to use and they allow you 3 cups a day without charge. The machine will make regular, expresso and lattes, etc and is... More

Everything is awesome. All compliments. No complaints. My husband and I booked a standard room and were upgraded to a superior room with beautiful city view. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Town. We highly recommend this hotel.

This was our first visit to Quebec City. My wife and I stayed three nights at Le Champlain Hotel. The hotel is located in Old Quebec and has a very European feel and charm. It was convenient to everything we wanted to see. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We had a double queen room on the third floor... More

I checked in with my 2 friends prior to a cruise for a couple of days. I wanted to be on Old Town and this was a perfect location. Loved our room, nice and big and it had all of the amenities anyone would want. We bought the morning breakfast offered and it was so worth it! Very good! I... More

Conveniently located in Old Quebec city. Friendly, courteous and very helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee. Wifi speed and the water flow from bathroom faucet should be improved. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when I next visit Quebec City and will recommend this hotel.

The location was great , walking distance to everything. Staff was great, even dried our coats for us when it poured on the way back from dinner. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. Even enjoyed our breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stopped overnight here on way to Ontario from N.B. This hotel is right in Old Quebec city in the heart of the historic area- we had NO problem with people speaking English to us, they would start in French and we would just say english/anglais and they would communicate in english - originally this was a worry for me but...
