The staff at the hotel are very pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We had a room with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The room was spacious and well equipped. The location of the hotel is why I gave it four stars. It is a 15 minute walk to old town Quebec and is only 5 minutes from many...

We stayed in Quebec for 2 days and this was a major option. About 15 min walk to city center ( we also went from the city gardens directly to the Terrasse near the hotel Frontenac; amazing walk). The breakfast is nice, the room was also good, the area was very calm and quiet but restaurants and bars are very...

Located near viuex Quebec, it is an old cozy big house turned into an hotel and its OK. It is a beautiful house, the rooms are comfortable, well sized and very clean. The staff is very friendly and warm. It's close to most restaurants and just a few blocks away from the city walls. It is a good option!

We've been there only for one night. The house is located near the center of Quebec City and you can walk everywhere from there. The room thay gave us was big (we were 3 guests) and it had space enough for all of us, it was also very clean. The breakfast included was fine, a continental one. If you are...

Price-wise, it's OK, relatively clean, quiet, with simple breakfast and good location. The main problem we have is the bed. It was probably old or didn't being placed in a proper way(not enough support). The center of the bed sank. It was not comfortable and we didn't sleep well. The front desk ladies were friendly, especially the one we met...

I stayed at this small hotel — really more like a large B&B — for five days. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Wi-Fi was quick. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke both French and English. Manoir De La Tour is within a 15 minute walk of Vieux-Québec and two blocks from the Plains of Abraham, a...

we spent four nights here and found it comfortable, welcoming and great value for money. We travel a lot and love to mix up the kinds of places we stay at, this is one of our favourite types of place - small, privately owned and run, no pretensions but offering every comfort and in a fantastic location - none of...

This is a well run, comfortable, small private hotel more like a B&B. Reception is limited in hours so a late arrival picks up a message about how to get in at the door in an envelope and once in another envelope with the room keys. The room I had was in the half-basement and entirely adequate with more style...

Pros: -Beautiful old building with clean and spacious rooms. -I think the croissants were made on-site (based on the amazing smells each evening) and they were delicious. They were served warm each morning along with a selection of bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, cheese and juices. -On-site parking for $13.25 per day (although parking lot is very small, basically just a...

I stayed at this hotel a few times and the service was ok but the last time I stayed I found the staff to be very rude and uptight. There is a clerk working there during the day who was trying to tell me about her problems working at this hotel, which I am not interested in, and found very...
