Excellent service, clean and pretty comfortable rooms, The hotel is located in a very quiet district, being only 10 minutes walking time from the old city of Quebec, The very warm and friendly atmosphere and the extraordinary kindness of the people (both owners and personnel) make one feeling so comfortable like being at home.

Spent 4 days and enjoyed every bit: location is great with a 20min walk to the old part of the city; great rooftop terrace with beautiful view over the city and the river; delicious home-made breakfasts (french toasts with maple syrup and jam, all kinds of eggs, bread, fruits, yogurt and cereals, peanut butter...); friendly staff; refurbished bedrooms with comfortable... We stayed three nights and loved it! The staff, especially Rose and Jo, were charming and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We loved the toast and jam served with omelettes. The room and bathroom were tastefully updated. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a lovely old inn within walking distance of Quebec old town. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable with many updates, but kept the historic feel of the place. It is great if you are traveling with a dog as the owners are pet friendly. There is access to the dining area and... More

We were delighted with our room which had its own private balcony and faced the back. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy great views of the city. The room was petite but nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent. There is parking available offsite, about a 5 minute walk away, but this was easily managed at... More

My wife and I took a short trip to QC and stayed at le Chateau des Tourelles. It was a wonderful experience! All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, giving tips on places to go and things to see. The room was clean and comfortable and very cozy. Breakfast was served every morning and delicious every time! Highly recommend!

Overall our stay at the hotel was good. It a different kind of experience to stay in a small hotel. Dining area and guest room decorations are cute and clean. Bathroom is small but clean. If you like staying away from crowds and do not mind walking up the stairs at the hotel you will enjoy this place.
