We had an amazing time in Quebec City. The staff was always friendly, always helped us try to speak in French (even gave us some tips), room was great, restaurant next door was very convenient and food was excellent. We walked everywhere and the location right near the Place D'Armes Square and Hotel Frontenac made sure we never got lost.... More

It doesnt get more authentic than this. The people, the rooms, the food. Restaurant downstairs is excellent and staff is more than friendly. When people talk about experiencing Quebec city, this is the experience they are talking about. Congrats to the whole team!

Our first visit to Quebec City and finding this gem of a hotel was a huge part of a wonderful trip. From the warm greeting at reception and upgrade to a Junior Suite we couldn't speak more highly of the facilities, staff, location, food and ambience. Without doubt we will return to Quebec and particularly this hotel.

My boyfriend and I just stayed here for one night. It is an excellent price for the high value you get. Great location, friendly staff, and a clean and beautifully decorated room (mix of traditional and modern). Great shower too. The bathroom was a tad small and the towels weren't the most plush, but that is not a big deal... More

The location is excellent in Old Quebec. Staff is great. Restaurant attached is fantastic. Our room was wonderful. Only drawback was the stairs. The parking is valet parking. You are given a small gift upon check out!

LOCATION: it is across a small parkette from the front of the Chateau Frontenac; 1 min. walk from the Tourist Bureau; 5 min. walk from the Funicular (or stairs if you prefer to take them) taking you to the Old Lower section of the city; 5 min. walk to a park overlooking the St. Lawrence; 12 min. walk to the... We decided to get away for our anniversary and this was one of the top picks thru TripAdvisor. We first booked for one night and after a great night we decided to add a second night. The service was very personable and they were very accommodating. They room was cozy and very clean. Chez Jules bistro was amazing, the steak... More

This is a really fun and quirky place. While perhaps not offering all the amenities of a larger hotel, the management and aesthetic of the building itself makes up for it. The rooms are beautiful, even the hallways, after entering a more modern and "business-like" reception area. The staff could not have been more polite or helpful; we even received... More

Great location, in one of the few ORIGINAL buildings, according to our walking tour guide. Nice staff. Restaurant is located on the first level serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with 4 floors of above that are the 13 rooms for rent (a local told us that "auberge" means sort of a bed-n-breakfast type place). We had a 5th floor room... More
