Stayed here for 4 nights mon-fri during Carnavale. Obviously short-staffed hotel. Recieved no room service for 3 days in a row and had to request toilet paper and towels, never got the cleaning we needed during this messy winter season. The sauna was off and cold, there was no

My husband, toddler and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The room was very well-equipped! Indoor parking. We were travelling on a budget and there was a microwave and a mini fridge (lots of space in it!) inside the room with a counter! It made it so much easier for us to

My kids and I stayed here for 4 nights and were very happy. The location is perfect for Old Quebec. It’s next to the skating rink. Pool and all of the extras were perfect. Theres an arcade/game room that my teenagers enjoyed. Couldn’t beat the price!

Don't know if laundry service is available. I do know they offer dry cleaning but don't know about pricing. Hotel staff was very helpful so I'm sure they would be happy to answer your question if you contact the hotel directly.

No. There isn't a shuttle. The best thing is to take a cab. Be sure to ask your driver if he/she knows the way as there is lots of construction on the way. I had read that uber & lyft didn't operate in Quebec. I think they do; however, best to chk for yourself. Btw, the concierge there is delghtful. Don't be shy abt calling. Also, don't be shy abt anything else such as a great place to have dinner or lunch.

Hi, you’ll need to get the car to the front entrance the first time. You know how it is with old cities, narrow streets. There is always someone that can guide you. Good luck!
