Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything we'd hoped for, and more! Didn't mind having to climb the stairs for such a lovely room! Being able to select breakfast from a menu in the subterranean breakfast room was a bonus!

The staff were very nice, the building was over 150 years old but the rooms were renovated. The building had exposed brick but new windows and bathroom. The only down side is there was no parking on sight in the winter but that is the case with most of the hotels in the old city.

My husband and I stayed here between Christmas and New Year's and really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and our room on the second floor was charming and comfortable. We were glad that we hadn't chosen a room higher up as we found that going up two flights of stairs several times a day was enough for us....

My husband and I enjoyed a romantic getaway at Hotel Le Clos St. Louis. The room was charming, clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious and prepared by the owner herself. We also appreciated the hand knit slippers provided for guests to avoid messy and wet floors during the winter months. We had to depart early on Sunday morning...

We stayed here for a romantic winter getaway after Christmas until Jan 1st. We really enjoyed our stay and the room was beautiful, cozy and the location is perfect. Also, breakfast is delicious. We would absolutely stay here again, EXCEPT that there were a few quirks that put a damper on things. -Shoes: You have to take your shoes off...

This is not my first time staying here, nor will it be the last. Christmas time here has been... magical. You can't get any more romantic than this. Everything is decorated with taste and thought. The staff is very courteous. If you need to escape reality, just come here.
