We had a great stay at Acadia, great location in old Quebec, good value, large room with quirky old features, plenty of space for our family of 4. Breakfast was good need to walk to local restaurant. Only down side is very hot in room no way to adjust heating, we managed with cracking the window a little.

Despite some ratings I seen on Google, this place is just fine and perfectly as described. Very close to Old Quebec. It is quiet and has a nice view from the one side of the room. I laughed as I seen the view as a brick wall on the other but that didn't matter at all. $85/night and tax!

This is a lovely little hotel in a great location. The street it is located on is quite steep, particularly on one side but it is incredibly close to everything. My room was lovely, made complete with my own personal spa bath. There a couple of incredibly cold days in Quebec and it was nice to know that I had...

The worst service I ever had from the receptionist Francois. Since the moment we checked in , he had a very bad attitude toward us. I don't know why the hotel hired a receptionist that treats bad his clients. I have been in many hotels and this is the first time I had a very bad service from reception, it...

I had a good stay in Hotel Acadia. I have to boost about the location, merely a less than 10mins walk to Chateau, and 5mins (not on snowy slippery times). Great location! On our first night in the classic room, we were cold as we are unable to turn on the heater on both sides. At the end of the...

The location was perfect for us. Easy access to many sites by walking or a short drive. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Excellent value for the price! Plan on spending $20 per night for parking.

I stayed there Friday and Saturday and returned Sunday due to a flight change The Hotel is very quaint and is multiple buildings which are very old and give off the feeling of 19th century France. Hotel Acadia is easily walk-able to anywhere in Old Towne. My partner and I stayed in two different rooms; the first was quite small and on the 5th story (no elevator). That being said, even the economy room had a Jacuzzi tub, albeit a small one. There was also a public spa right out side our door. The second room...

no elevator. very narrow stairs. Getting to the forth floor with luggage was not fun. rooms and décor are very outdated. Meant to look antique, but just old. very squeaky, noisy rooms. valet parking only. Otherwise great location and very cozy. no bottled water anywhere. breakfast coupons only for guests who booked directly.
