My husband and I were taking a long weekend and this ended up being the perfect choice! I had never been before, so I was chose this hotel based on internet reviews. Bonjour! Thank you for posting such a sweet and thoughtful review. We are very touched you felt so at home. We are now approaching the high season, so prices in Quebec City, including ours, are starting to climb. But I still believe that Quebec City overall is a great deal. Lodging is affordable in the heart of the city, which... More

Bonjour Kaori, Merci beaucoup for taking a moment to review your stay with us at the Manoir d'Auteuil. The rooms are not always ready early, but we try best to accommodate your arrival time if possible. The view rooms are typically situated on the upper floors. This is a wonderful small hotel and we could not have been happier that we chose it for our trip to Quebec City. The room was extraordinarily nice (they have several different types/sizes to chose from) with a very comfortable king bed and large sitting area. The hotel's location was just perfect - near the edge of the upper town... More

Bonjour! Thank you for taking a moment to review your stay with us. We actually just had snow flurries yesterday, breaking records for sure, so your timing for the outside patio was perfect as we had just opened it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff (owner included) was very attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. They all spoke excellent English and always had a smile on their face. The location was on the left of the gate entering old Quebec, and the parking lot was very close by. Our experience was truly amazing and... More

Wow Mme Collette, Thank you for such great support. You had one of our european rooms situated on the top floor of the manor in the garrotte.
