This hotel has a great location. The staff were very friendly, service excellent, bed comfortable and has staff that speak English. We stayed with friends whose room was on the same floor as ours with a different layout - loved that the Farmers Market was just across the street.

The two best things about our stay: location is superb just outside the wall and across the street from the Food Market; and the breakfast server was super friendly and helpful. The two big negatives: noise in the room was unfortunate due to single paned windows not blocking out street noise; and the temperature in the room did not change...

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel le Saint-Paul in late September 2016. We thought the location was perfect. It is a safe area with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We took advantage of the parking lot across the street which the hotel arranged for us. It was safe and we could see our car from our...

Not a good first impression, but turned out better than I thought. Entrance and lobby is very tired and desperately needs revamped. Room needs new carpet and better vacuuming. Entire hotel smelled of deodorizer. Bathroom was totally redone and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Excellent location in old town. Breakfast was included and pretty good. Would stay again only because...

We originally booked another hotel & were having second thoughts. I found Hotel Le Saint-Paul had a room available, so I went ahead & cancelled the 1st hotel & booked our room here. It was a good move! We stayed in Rm 12 on the 1st floor - convenient to the elevator & stairs, quiet, though a touch on the...

Great location - a few blocks from the Train Station, a fairly short uphill walk to the Old Walled City, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were clean and quiet even though it looked over the street. Bathrooms were large with a big tub/shower combination. Breakfast was included with a choice of a few options. Small, old appearing hotel, with modern updates. It has an elevator!! Parking in across the street for additional fee, but very convenient. Room was very small and EXTREMELY dark. We were on the third floor with only a dormer window. The breakfast was included and was very good.

I stayed here for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) in mid-September. It was fine, but a little shabbier than I was expecting. Lol...So stingy on the soap! Parking included, super close to Old Quebec (3 minutes walking). Great value. The restaurant attached (breakfast) was great. I would come back here. The farmers market is across the street. No "scenic view" at this price but it's so close to the sites of old Quebec City.
