My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton Quebec for a couple of nights while site-seeing. As a Hilton Honors members I am accustomed to checking-in online and choosing my room. To my surprise, this option was not offered for this property. However, the check-in process was quickly handled by pleasant front desk staff. The king room we received... More

This hotel is in a very convenient location just outside the walled city, making it an easy walk. The staff and the accommodations were excellent. Communication was easy and concierge service was very helpful in directing us to locations within the city. We had a medical emergency during our stay. The staff was very helpful and compassionate I would highly... More

If you don't have gps, finding this hotel is not easy because all streets are in French. Thankfully, I looked for the tallest hotel on top of the hill and saw the sign, "Hilton" in English. The parking lot next to the hotel was convenient. Tour bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Excellent Location. Across from Parliment building with beautiful gardens. Walking distance to site of Old Quebec, restaurants and attractions. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet was pricey for what you got. Stayed 2 nights at the Hilton and 1 night at Chateau Frontenac and enjoyed the Hilton much better for a much better price. Would highly recommend the Hilton.

I was able to recapture the French Canadian culture of my youth, after having been away for almost 70 years. Completely Francophone with accommodations for the reluctant expatriate. Vive le Québec! Merci mil fois! Léon-François Daniëls

I am a Hilton Gold member, but even I was disappointed with inconsistencies that negated it's great location near the convention center and short walking distances to the Old City and restaurants and shops in the hip Fauberg-Ste-Anne - turndown service only two of four nights, water replaced only once, wildly fluctuating availability of Wi-fit in the room (no excuse... Stayed at this hotel for the second time this year. The rooftop pool is heated and clean, the room was spacious (we were upgraded to a suite), and the breakfast was good. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Two family members with us had to sleep on the sofa-bed, but it was very uncomfortable. Hotel staff offered us to... More

Myself and my 14yr old daughter had a amazing time, close to everything we walked and walked and we took cabs to see the canyon falls ( brochure said it was 25 min away) more like 45 min away. We did also go to Montmorency falls that was only 15-20 min away. Hotel close to so much. Restaurants and Shopping... More

The location was good - just outside of the old city and walking distance to most everything. The price in July was very pricey. We got a "special" price through the cruise line which did include transportation from the Port to the Hotel and then transportation from the Hotel to the Airport. The price came in at $450.00 for one... More
