So.. first of all, I screwed up with my booking, choosing the incorrect date.. but the staff were amazingly accomodating of our needs. They allowed us to stay in a suite with a jacuzzi (we washed our feet!!), for less than full price - just a slight reduction, but nonetheless.. remember, I made the mistake. The hotel was immaculately clean,...

We were there over the past Memorial Day weekend. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. First, there was the smell. Second, the AC were so noisy plus the mattress was old. combining with the smell. we can't sleep at all! Could the previous reviews was talking about a different hotel?

I stayed here 6 nights. It's ~ 12 km west of Old Quebec. Close to highways. Celine was very accommodating as I made the reservation only a day before I arrived. Discount available for CAA members. The room was clean. Bed and washroom well maintained. Breakfast included everyday. It is continental (muffins, cereal, yoghurt, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, waffles, oatmeal,...

This hotel is overpriced for what you get, which is a small, hot, dowdy room. The bed was uncomfortable with a too small bottom sheet, which meant I ended up sleeping on the grubby mattress cover. No coffee facilities and really depressing decor. The room was clean. The TV was old and the reception poor. A thoroughly depressing place. The...

This hotel is easy on/off the main routes to the city center and shopping. The hotel itself leaves a bit to be desired as the exterior is dated and rooms appear to be in the midst of remodeling (bathroom updated, new fridge, microwave and tv but old light fixtures, bedding and furniture. The bed was hard but didn't wake up...

They do not tell you but they charge 3$ for Internet although the their bill does not specify this in the total. The bill says no charge for Internet. If you are not aware you are led to believe that it is a tax. Very slight of hand billing.

Travelled to QC for the weekend to go to the Carnaval and Villages Vacances Valcartier. Chose to stay at this hotel Valentine's Day night, as most places we were researching had jacked their prices and we wanted to save some money. We booked directly from the hotel's website. Checked out Trip Advisor and the reviews were all pretty good, so...

Clean rooms, near to the airport and to some restaurants. Friendly staff and overall good accommodation. If you just need a place to stay for a day or two, that's a great option without having to spend too much money.

Very good value because we parked our car there 2 weeks and got the owner to drive us to the airport and back using our car because that way we didnt need to bring our baby seat on the plane, and cofee for breakfast and ok sized room for a family of four. Compared to two week of parking at...
