We returned to this hotel after a great visit experience a few years ago, and even requested to have the same room; a request that was acknowledged. Unfortunately the requested room was not available upon our arrival. What we hoped to have in the room with nice stone walls with a cozy feel, and a bathroom with a bathtub, we...

The rooms are spacious and very modern decor. Great rates in the winter and I'll definitely come back. The location is prime and close to lots of great places to visit. The farmers market is a few blocks away. Rooms equipped with kitchens as well.

Clean, safe, modern hotel. Excellent value. Staff polite and helpful (and bilingual.) Perfect location on edge of Old Town and near the market as well. Our new place to stay! Only (minor) issue we had was on arrival. Wondering whether to drive in to small car lot in front of main entrance - one entrance in and out and no...

A nice pet friendly hotel. Clean, modern, with kitchen. Parking 25 Canadian/day. When checking in they give you a coupon for a free drink (drink of the day) at the bar. The first night we had a nice big room, but facing the main street overlooking a bus station right across the street. Did not sleep well because of the...

Stayed for one night & will return! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and stellar customer service! We were offered a complimentary drink at the bar upon check in. The House drink was an apple cider with a blackberry syrup. Delicious! There was an impressive breakfast. All nicely presented by friendly staff. This hotel is close to all tourists sights without...

Only stayed one night as we were driving to Ontario. We were warmly greeted, given a voucher for a free cocktail and found our room to be welcoming (soft music playing as we opened the door). There was a full kitchen so we picked up some food and enjoyed a leisurely breakfast before heading out the next morning. Comfortable bed,...

The hotel is very charming from the inside and out. Super friendly staff. Check in and out was quick and easy. Great location - We walked everywhere, but the funicular to take you to the lower town is close by. Lots of art galleries in the neighborhood. We loved our room. It was spacious and modern. It felt more like...

This hotel is conveniently situated on the edge of "Le Vieux Québec". Rooms are large, with good amenities, and old world charm, like original stone and brick walls. Service people are cheerful and efficient, and speak both languages. All parts of this hotel were very clean and neat. There is a pub in the hotel, and a hearty breakfast is...

My wife and I stayed here in September. It was easier to park. Great check in and out. A gratis cocktail offered and accepted at the in house bar which has locals and travellers alike. The restaurant was exquisite. Exceptional service and tastes. The seafood is fresh and we'll prepared. Wines are reasonable in price. The location is incredible. A...

This hotel is close to tourist city sites. It is a great location for people who will be cruising out of Quebec City. It is only a block away from entrance of cruise terminal. People are friendly and very helpful with questions and problems you might have. I highly recommend it.
