    Very friendly reception staff, eager to help. Management happy to resolve any issues quickly and amicably. Disappointing room, poor noise insulation from room above, air con generator right next door, smell of food permeating through from kitchen below and ventilation shaft outlet outside window.

    Included in price. Concierge took the car when we pulled up in front of the hotel and drove it around the corner and parked it in a small dedicated lot.

    I'm thinking it was somewhere between $20-25 per day, and we had to pay when we made reservation.
