Unique hotel that was super clean . Jamie from the front desk was very helpful. The large room had a sitting area and full bathroom with tub. The suggestion to go the restaurant next door was perfect as it so good and right there. Room was quiet. Cold breakfast was picked up at the front desk and had everything you would need to eat.

Just got back from stay on Prince Edward Island.

Spent 3 nights at Quality inn and was happy with accommodation. Actual rating should be 4.5

Staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly. Did not encounter any other staff.

Due to covid19 the rooms were not cleaned daily as usual unless asked for in advance. No big deal for us but after 3 days the cleanup would be much harder for housekeeping.

Breakfast consisted of a pre ordered bag of food of your choice. One item from each category. Not the same as breakfast buffet but acceptable non the less.

Our room, double queen beds was large and clean. Tub with shower, awesome water pressure.

Entry was though inside corridor, large area with chairs to set and provided access to inside pool.

There is a restaurant on hotel property and is very good. Separate building outside main entrance of hotel.

Hotel is located on a main street so access to Summerside is easy.

Overall a good stay and would stay there again.

Went and stayed during covid so things a little different. Nice friendly staff and clean hotel. Almost motel like but has a inner corridor. Rooms a little small but nice and clean, I’m guessing a bit older hotel. Nice king sized bed, microwave and mini fridge.an indoor and a large outdoor pool. Nice quiet area of town. Now the breakfast not buffet due to covid but you placed your order night before and set a time to pick up your food. A microwaveable egg morning sandwich, a piece of fruit, juice, yogurt muffin and coffee or tea. Best that can be done.

Cleaning is not a priority at this property!
Checked in and noticed that our washroom had been clean and our room had not been vacuum. Figured we give them a chance. Visited the front desk and asked that it been done properly the next day. Front desk Clerk was excellent and apologized, committed to resolving the situation the following day.

The next day, we were gone all day, when we arrived back around supper time, the room was in the same state. Housekeeping had simply emptied the garbage and replaced the towels. Visited the front desk again and was told that nothing could be done.

Poor to limited cleaning available at this property, be advised!

Outstanding hotel, excellent staff, great set up. Stayed here with a hockey team and hotel was packed with other hockey teams. Teams had rooms together, code of conduct very clear, teams also each had an assigned area to socialize, and to keep the chaos contained. Outside of these areas it was quiet and kids were able to sleep before important games. Breakfast good. Because of the way this hotel was expanded in the past, the central corridor is bright and has a real resort feel.

We stayed at this very comfortable hotel for 2 nights while we toured the western part of the province. We loved this hotel with its comfy bed and chairs. our stay was very quiet and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff were so welcoming especially Jamie who checked us out. We will be back!

Stayed here for 3 nights during a recent trip to PEI.
Staff were very friendly at check-in. We booked a room with a king bed and although the room was clean, it was super small, dated, and in desperate need of an upgrade.
The bathroom, while functional, had long black hair left from previous occupants in the shower (note- neither of us have long dark hair).
We were obviously in the older section as the ceiling in our hallway had water damage and was rotted where the skylights were located.
The indoor pool also had rotten areas on the walls and there was a mechanical issue with the heater so it was too cold to use.
Breakfast was ok but the toaster did not work.
Unfortunately outside our room in the hallway was an atrium and sitting area which was quite loud late into the night.
Covid protocols still in place so rooms are not cleaned until you leave and lots of garbage accumulated and more than likely creates more work for the cleaning staff.
I understand some rooms were renovated so best to request one of those to get the best bang and quality for your buck.

We were in town for a hockey tournament. This hotel had three of the teams staying there. Travelling with teenagers, they need space to wander. This hotel had very wide hallways with patio furniture set up throughout. The kids and parents were able to socialize. They also gave us a conference room for after 10 when it was quiet time. They were very accommodating. The pool was not huge or deep. Which is great for the kids to play in. My only complaint was we asked for queen bed and got doubles. We asked for a cot which we were able to squeeze into the room. The free breakfast had lots of choices including waffles, eggs, sausages, bacon and hash browns, cereal and toast. Pretty standard. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. I appreciate it when hotel understand what they are getting into when they have teams staying with them and do helpful things like giving the kids and parents a room to hang out in.

I have stayed at GOTG many times over the years.
The hotel is always clean and staff is excellent. They also have an indoor and outdoor pool, free breakfast plus a small 9 Hole golf course in the back.
Would also recommend the restaurant next door Brothers 2.

This is a basic, but reliable option. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast provided was absolutely awful. It's clear that whoever organized the breakfast, had never actually seen it. Money would have been better spent providing a voucher to a local establishment. The factory made breakfast sandwich went straight to the garbage, unfortunately.

We were there in June 2022 and you had to order your breakfast at the front desk, then go there and pick up the bagged breakfast. Coffee was at the coffee stand near the lobby. Hope that helps.

Yes, also listed under amenities in hotel description. Small with a home gym Unit and a couple ellipticals. Nothing major but good enough for most. Tip: don't eat next door at the restaurant in the parking lot. High prices poor service and bad food.
