We loved the property. It is painstakingly restored and maintained and the service is excellent. Breakfast was great as well! Our visit was in March so the usual things to do in Charlottetown were all closed for the season, but we found some lovely local pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance. It is well located and a very comfortable...

We stayed here for a romantic getaway. It was perfect. The staff were lovely and attentive. There was a clipboard at our door in the evening so that we could select our breakfast choices and time for the next morning and leave it outside the door for someone to collect. Our room was incredible, comfortable, and private. The food was...

We stayed at the Fairholm Inn for two nights during a winter storm in Charlottetown. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations or the service we received. Mitchell was very attentive and answered every question we had. As we were unable to explore Charlottetown on the first stormy evening during our stay, Mitchell lit the fireplace in...

We booked this Inn as a group for our son's wedding taking place in a venue close by in Charlottetown. This Inn is centrally located close to everything within a short walk. The was so beautiful that the bride chose to have the wedding rehearsal here. It's beauty was difficult to capture in a photogragh and the photos posted on...

We arrived at the Inn at 8 pm, a bit later than we had expected. It was dark, and we had trouble finding the Inn and the guest parking lot. We experienced some panic when we walked in and there was absolutely no one around, it was spookily quiet! We rang the bell, we used the phone by the front...

Thanks for taking the time to review our property. It is not often we receive such a thorough review so it is always very nice when a guest comments with such detail! The Emslie is one of our most beautiful rooms - we have actually recently added a second door outside of the room to prevent the breakfast smells from...

We arrived at Hillhurst Inn only to find out we had been switched to Faiholm. (My email was off to avoid international connections). Not knowing what to expect, but certainly needing a room we walked a couple of doors down to another beautiful mansion. OMG, somebody was looking out for us! Fairholm is Stunningly Beautiful. From the moment we walked...

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff with the owner where always there for our needs (how to put the TV on, explain how to get to their dinning room). The room was very quite and clean. We where on the second floor with a deck and nice view of their garden. The food for breakfest was very good this...

We stayed at the Hillhurst property owned by Fairholm and it was lovely. Knowing that downtown Charlottetown could cause sleeping issues (street noise, etc) it was surprising how quiet it was. There was a little issue with our bed (loose headboard) - a quick mention of it in the morning and they were AMAZING. Assessed that it should be repaired...

If travelling to PEI and Charlottetown in the fall be careful to not under estimate occupancy at this time of year - we did. Likely the reason we found this property at the last minute was their pricing point. We were happy with this property - an old historic building with wonderful antiques and architecture. We stayed in the Fitzroy...

Thanks for taking the time to review our property! You are dead on about the occupancy during October - the whole island is pretty jammed packed from mid June until the end of October.
