Great location, onsite parking, easy walk to downtown & waterfront. Gorgeous house, common areas & bedrooms, filled w/ Victorian furnishings - elegant, slightly whimsical, and almost museum-like. Very clean, including bedrooms & bathrooms. We spent 3 nights in the fantastic 3rd-floor Miss Olivia room, plus 1 in the somewhat crowded, but attractive, Helen Gordon MacDonald Room. Breakfasts were very good...

A wonderful warm B&B. The house was full of historical charm & had everything you needed. Breakfasts were excellent - one big table which gave you a chance to meet people from all over the world. Also gave you a chance to swap information such as tour ships are in tomorrow so visit places today! The staff were kind &...

My husband, baby daughter and I stayed here for one night during our PEI vacation. The hall is full of old world charm unique antiques and island style. The inn keeper Helen is warm and welcoming. We stayed in the very top, spacious room and bathroom, shared kitchenette area. The room felt stuffy upon arrival many stairs to climb, the...

We stayed in the Helen & Gordon MacDonald Room, and it was very crowded. There are two double beds in this room and really no place to sit. Our Friends stayed in the Georginna Coles Brown Room, with a queen Bed and sitting room. It is the better room of the two. All in all this is a very nice...

The good: Fitzroy Hall is a nice old house in a fantastic location very close to downtown Charlottetown. The breakfast was good and the folks were friendly. The bad: The room, Gran's Haven, was shockingly small (and we've stayed in a lot of historic B&Bs). The bathroom was tiny and the toilet wasn't well attached to the wall so when...

I stayed at Fitzroy hall on August. It was an amazing night. I traveled a lot and normally booked 4&5 star hotel. Those hotels are similar. Fitzroy Hall like a palace and you look like nobles. You can imagine the history... Maybe we were so absorbed in the hall, we forgot to bring back our backpack and left in the...

We spent six nights at Fitzroy Hall, a more-than-120-year-old house in Charlottetown now being run as a bed and breakfast. The house was filled with many antique touches not just in the common areas on its three floors, but in our room, the Hideaway on the third floor. Nothing felt contemporary except the very comfortable king-size bed, the shower and...

Great B and B in the heart of town. Easy walking distance to the theatre and main drag of restaurants (and harbor). Our room was very nice. Decorated with old world charm and was extremely large. Even had a nice deck off the back. All in all a great stay and would definitely go back.

I cannot recommend Fitzroy Hall enough! It is beautiful, friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and it's walkable to downtown! We only stayed two nights, but I will happily return. We were in Gran's Haven - which is on the third floor. It has a private bath and is a good size. It only has one window which was a downside...

We came to PEI for business and wanted to treat ourselves to nicer accommodations than the typical chain hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The service was wonderful, breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. We felt so relaxed in this home and would highly recommend to anyone.
